Hey all,
I've got a problem when i use EVE in the full window mode & when i use the alt-tab command. I can easily go from EVE to windows, but i cant go back in the game after that. Anyone knows anything about it ?
P.S: excuse my english ;)

Yah - saw something similar myself last night. I think it might be a GeForce issue as it only happened on my desktop (which I don't use much). What happens is that you might possibly be switched back to Eve but the screen doesn't redraw. The only visible change is that the mouse cursor vanishes. Leaving just your desktop (which can't be clicked on). My guess is that input focus is changing to Eve correctly but not the output focus.
I didn't play around with it much as I was only logging on to change skills but there does appear to be a problem.

alt rab works fine when your not docked, frequently it works when docked but most of the time i have eve load black or show an image of my desktop
probably just a nivida issue, speaking of which for some crappy reason when i update my drivers from the origionals, once i enable my tv out 3d games stop working or crash
so i am stuck between using old drivers that give a bluescreen at 3-5day random intervils and new ones which need to be uninstalled and rolled back every time i enable my tv out and reset it again

Just raising awareness. I thought this was a Myth until I tried last night and he is right. Alt-Tabbing while in a station does not work.
This is also reported from members of my coporation and we have people using NVidia and ATI cards.

That thing happen to me with my old ATI radeon 9000 too.
No problem alt-tabing in windowed mode but repeatable lock in full screen mode.

I get this too, never tried it in space tho, im using an ATI 9800SE AIW, i cant go into window mode because it is really small, is there a way to get it the same size as ur desktop? My desktop is 1024x768 in-game is the same, even in window mode, yet it isnt really at 1024x768 in window mode. Anything i can do?

I recently jumped on the trial after not playing since the last day of beta. I can tell you this problem occured then and it still does now. I can't speak for in-between, but I can only assume it was lurking there waiting for a victim.
I have a ATI 9700 pro and back then I had a GF3 Ti200. Nothing has changed. Also if you go to windowed mode and try to alt+enter back it does pretty much the same thing. Definitely some kind of focus probllema nd quite annoying to have to restart the game

I have the exact same problem, it is kinda irritating especially since i frequently have to alt-tab to desktop to check on email, faxes etc.

For some reason, the first time you go into window mode, it gives a really small resolution. To fix this, go to the menu (escape), select the graphics tab, and choose a new resolution option (the smallest selectable is 1024x960 [or there-abouts])

I have the same exact problem, mainly when alt+tabbing in fullscreen mode. Doing so in a station almost always locks me out of eve, and sometimes it does the same thing in open space, although open space usually works.
Note that sometimes, luanching Eve again will get you back in game from this bug.
