OK I am sick to death of people nicking ore when I am mining so I have decided to put their names up here to warn other people and hope that if others are having the same problem then they have somewhere to put the offenders names here. Also if the offenders on this thread are found in 0.4 systems and below then we all know to blow them out of the sky straight away (a shoot first ask questions later)

There is no shame in cleaning up the trash that others litter all over the place. I think we should salute the men and women that dedicate their life to keeping the spacelanes clear of others trash.

Heres how to stop ore thievery:
Fit a weapon on your ship that does decent damage.
When an indy is coming towards your can, take what you can into your own hold and shoot your can.
Sure, you lose your ore, but they dont get your ore either.

ore thieves are all alts, they aren't stupid enough to venture into 0.4 space because they know they have already made many enemies... besides who go to 0.4 space when you can have so much fun in empire space with concord as your friend |

orethiefing is much worse money than mining, sometimes i go on for a long time without finding a prey. Basically, I do it because it is fun
dont tell that "shiva" will stop orethiving because it wont
without us, why would secure cans exist?

The best part of EvE is that everyone can play they own way (and have fun they own way).
For example... 3 noobs in their brand new (crappy) battleship pod Weirda in her cruiser the other night... That was fun for them (in .4 space... a group of three BS where they were safe)... Weirda was the real nOOb for not paying attention...
Now Weirda have someone to avenge - and they can continue about their fun. Even though it was rough losing that brand new ship (idiot testing it out before deciding whether or not to insure, or just sell - doh), we all have our fun!
The trash talking rocks too - because it can be backed up with action! Keep it coming!
Scum Ore thiefs... don't get too close to Weirda's indy or you be in for an unpleasant surprise!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!

No big problem. In 0.6 i PODKilled an ore thief. Just take a kestrel with 4x standard launcher with cruise missles and warp disturptor and modules for fast locking (for the pod) you kill it in 1min and then police start spawning :D
