Best bunch of people ive had the pleasure to hang out with in eve. Even old buddies gone on to pastures new spend a lot of time in Freelancing chat , seems like they're still with us We may be spread far and wide, but we're there when Friends needs us. ______________

Edited by: Paul Lebaue on 04/05/2004 01:34:25 Fort and Coupe You guys deserve at least a few drinks on the house.. Tell Syd to put it on my tab as usal.
Noumena *amused smile* Allthough I kind of knew what ships and items the girl was refering to I didnt want to name the real owners of it. Knowing you guys though I was sure she was searching invain. If there is any true survivors I would name it would be Noumena and his Organ Grinders.. Not that many corps can claim their home in CA space and not be CA and survive the way your group been doing. Hats off for you and yours Noumena.
Fortarus lol Its easy to be generous in Syd's bar, when its all already free.
Xavier Perez Not sure what u want me to say mate. I am not a writer, my grammar sometimes goes MIA and my spelling, typos and other writing errors leaves alot to hope for at times. Writing is nothing that come easy to me. I do try though. If my lack of proper English managed to offend u or others then all I can offer is a sorry. If people are gonna judge me and my corp for how badly I write. Then its really up to them IMO. I am hoping however that people will allow me to show them what I and the corp is all about more then my own written words here on this thread..
U know what I do know though? Is that critizism when used unconstructivly tends "to be grossly ineffective"
Shar and Dyl Your support to our group is always appreciated my friends and you know you guys are always welcome to join us at Syd's place.
Jezebel I think your statements and such in this thread would have had the more desired effect that you are looking for if you had posted with your main instead of this 'alt'ernative ego.
Just a friendly advice
Utorr Raamtir I am looking forward to meeting and talking with Utorr. Feel free to contact me directly or join our ingame chat "Freelancing" to meet members of our group and our friends. Hopefully this will help you to decide on your course of action. Until then be well and fly safe.

Mol, Coupe and Star,
you guys and gal deserve a break at Syd's Bar, tell Syd to bring out the "specials"
Would like to welcome our latest influx of new recruits. Already they have shown attributes which fits well within our group. And already show alot of progress. There is still room for more people whom wish to become Freelancers just like us or continue to be one and just surround themselves with likeminded people.
However when applying there is a few things we do require. Just beacuse we are accepting applications does not mean we will automaticly process applications made with no info on the note section and/or just a request for access. I have gotten quite a few applications were the note section was empty and a few access rights boxes filled. Such an application I automaticly will reject and I wont even take the time to send that person any msg back. We will require some reference and some background history of yourself.
This is the best way to gain acceptance within our group: Send me a msg or convo me directly if you see that me or my brothers are online. Or join our "Freelancing" chat room and present yourself to current members. Use the person you talked to in that chatroom as your reference when you fill out your application. I dont consider this as an unreasonable request from our side. People unwilling to make at least this effort I see little value in and such will not waste any effort on.
Thanks,
|

Paul Labaue is a man of great character. He was a corpmate of mine, in a former corporation. If the rest of the Freelancing Corp is anything like him, then they're a great bunch.

I have recently joined Freelancing Corps and I have absolutely no regrets in that decision. Great great people here. Always helpful and very well versed in ways of EvE. This is newb is right where he belongs.
Thanks to the many Freelancers who've been such a great help since my induction. I look forward to doing the same for all of you and any future New Freelancers that may come along.

Greetings Aethelgar,
Thanks for your interest in our group. Some of the obligations of the corp is that you are or want to become a selfsufficiant Freelancer, or at least have that goal. Cause that is what most of our members are. We will help them get setup and provide some any help we can but we do expect our members to strive to become selfsufficiant. Also we expect applicants to join us with their main character(s) 'alt'ernative characters will be permitted to join as well as long as the main one has applied. Some of our other requirements are that our members do not pirate, thieve or scam. Also last request we do have before applications gets processed or before an interested pilot even applies we ask that they visit "Freelancing" chatroom and present themselves in there to a Freelancing member and show their interest to join.
Our recruitment office right now is in Renyn X - Moon 14 - Chemal Tech Factory
Hope to hear more from you until then be well,
Paul

And try not to mind the occasional non-freelancing lurker in their channels. We don't bite, often, and occasionally we are stupid enough to give answers that helps people decide if they want to join Freelancing.
Stupidly ignoring our own opportunity to recruit new people... of course.

/emote Cough ôBumpö This is a great Corp for those not wanting a CEO whoÆs asking for a % but in more reality this Corp gives you a %, Experience, Help, Advise and Some great Playing. Numbers are low but are growing! Who wants to be in a Corp where you need to give and give? Freelancing is a great place to get you up and running for those just starting out or who have no direction this Corp is there to help you grow, not watch the Corp wallet grow.

Edited by: Luther Pendragon on 23/05/2004 15:09:41 I cant help but think 'freelancing corp' is an oxymoron. How can you be a freelancer and in a corp as well? Going by your recruitment description, TTi is a freelancing corp. ____________________________________ Taggart wants YOU. Join TTi! *waves his hand in your face in the jedi way* |

Thats like saying: "How are the noob corps still a corp? I mean they dont have any access to corp stuff."
We're not a "corp". We're a group of freelancers that share a corp chat channel.

I don't see how it's an oxymoron at all. From what I've read, they're a bunch of independent operators who use the corporation as a way to help each other out in their individual endeavors. They don't claim territory, declare wars or join in alliances. TTI is involved in all three of these things I do believe.

We don't have taxs, or manditory events. You give the corp nothing. Not a damn thing.
You're left alone to do whatever it is you want to do aslong as its not piracy, theft, or scamming.
If you want pvp i'll point you to a ton of pc rats. I've been dancing with them all week.

Quote: They don't claim territory, declare wars or join in alliances.
Thats the only bit thats different, everything else looks very much like TTi. Im not quite sure how relevent that is though. Otherwise TTi are individuals who help each other out. How else would one define a corp? Freelancers, per my definition at least, operate alone, not helping each other. ____________________________________ Taggart wants YOU.
