The Northern Alliances Security Treaty
The Northern Alliances Security Treaty [NAST] is a coalition of alliances consisting of the Fade Union, the Coalition of Deklien and The Phoenix Alliance. NAST was designed and ratified by its signatories to ensure their mutual prosperity in the northern regions. Above and beyond all else, the NAST is a mutual protection pact based on cooperation, and dedicated to the common goal of peace and security in the north.
NASTęs agenda is simple and firmly based on 2 solid foundations.
1. Free space for the regions of Pure Blind, Vale of the Silent and Tribute. We encourage any lawful corporations eager to seek their fortunes in 0.0 space to venture into these regions. NAST forces will be patrolling these regions, but will not insure complete safety at this time due to the size of the territories. However, we can promise a concerted effort to keep all station docking fees and refining fees set to 0. We also hope to work with other anti-pirate forces to jointly achieve this goal.
2. A mutual protection package for all NAST members in the northern regions. An attack upon the Phoenix Alliance, Fade Union or Coalition of Deklien in the northern regions will prompt an immediate response by all 3 signatories.
NAST stands united in the vision of a strong and secure north, a fourishing 0.0 economy just outside of our borders and good relations with our friendly and lawful neighbors.

Its amazing to see the lack of intelligent replies from the norhtern alliances so called adversaries, i would suggest if you have nothing to say then dont....

Considering that PLD marched up to d7 and took the station, despite there being a hostile fleet at least double our size in the area (we passed thru them while they hid on our way up), it seems that this is just more pomp and bluff.
Maybe it's time to head up to Venal and run some raiding on indies and mining ships up that way. Yes, I think that's what the doctor ordered.
