corp structure:-
empire base-
this is where we test the ground with new recruits to see if they are self organised and able to use their insiative to get things done for the corp.
after 2-3 weeks if their good enough at team work they will be posted and promoted to our 0.0 ops
logistical division-
this division does all the corps hauling it comprises of dedicated logistical players who specialise in moveing our assets and mined ores.
mining and industry-
these guys mine and build ships for the corp and its players they are also responsible for setting up corp pos's where ever we may need them.
military-
this division has the potential for 4 fleets each with 4 sqaudrons of pilots, it provides the defence for the corp and also pvp pilots to our alliance and allies for defencive and offencive ops.
it provides escorts and scouts to logistics as ewll as over watch duty for the miners.
this corp works on the basis that every one is a team player until they prove their not, which means we have promotional prospects for all players and their is the ability to climb the corporate ladder and help run the corp from the top.
we have fun while we build our corp but we are serious in what we are doing, we are laid back in the sence that we just get on with what needs to be done.
at present each division pays 75% of its work to the corp and retains 25% for itself and the division members.
we have numerous goals in the pipeline and are rapidly meeting them.
if your interested come try us out your aim should be to get out of the trial division in empire and get involved with ops in 0.0
i wont lie its hard work and their is reds every where but its fun :)

we are looking to implement a type of borg frame of mind among the members of the corp, i know its a little cheesey for adults but hey this is a game and everything is possible even the modification of the way people think ^^

we need:-
1 x corp nanny/babysitter
1 x recruiter
1 x logistics manager// will maintain fuel for pos's carriers cyno's blah blah and provide a good hauling solution for 0.0 ops
**** loads of combat pilots
4 x pvp division commanders/recruiters must be experienced recruiters and trustworthy.
and as many miners as eve has to offer
again we prefer atleast 3 mill s/p but its not too important we go for your team work ability.
miners must be able to fly atleast a retreiver.
combat pilots must be cruiser ready and have basic skills for combat.
