its not so much the age limit but the mentality and the ability to understand certain things about the way older players think.
some people see eve as a game and others see it as an after work hobby and some see it as a place to causse other people grief and trouble.
makeing our corp where only people of 21+ years of age and over may come join us we dramatically reduce the effects of the younger players reduced understanding of other peopls needs for logging on.
it also reduces the amount of explanations we have to do due to lack of real life experience with working with older people.
in short it saves alot of unecesary conversations that the more mature in aged players may already be able to work out for them selves, resulting in much smoother running of the corp.
hope that sheds light on the above qeustion.

also our ventrillo chat isnt the place for young people, some times its fairly adult chat and mostly serious based on the fact we see eve as a hobby not a game to screw around in.

why is recruitng so tedious, if you people are looking for a solid corp with great goals and plans that work for its members then come join us in 0.0.
all you need is 5 mill skill points in either some kind of industrial role includeing the ability to mine and able to fly atleast a cruiser or battle cruiser for pvp.
all pvp ships are available from the corp.
