Lets see who has been said so far:
1. IRON
2. G/D2/Trust/Other reformations.
3. Phoenix
4. Bruce
5. Northern alliances MM/Razor/MH?
Personally, I'm waiting to see how ATF and Destiny handle this.
For ATF, I'd say they might give up those 2 unattainable stations in Brance and try to annex Fade along with their station in Pure Blind. The constellation with the C4C-Z4 and I-UUI5 outposts has another excellent moon count system which would allow for a sov 4 constellation and I doubt the north wants Fade anyway. (no one ever has).
For destiny, not sure. Maybe they could negotiate a surrender/residency with the north. Or just be steam rolled and disbanded if that freight train hits their constellation with the outpost they just put up.
My money is on the FORSAKEN empire to rise from the dead and take Dek, Fade and Pure Blind into some massive empire of death and destruction.
Note: I have no idea who Forsaken empire were, are or what happened to them. Was just looking at some old maps and saw they used to control tribute, vale and geminate at one point and wouldn't mind knowing what alliance(s) they became in the present era. If any.

I think the problem is the strongest of the Tri corps don't want to be stuck in deep space and be involved in POS warfare. I wouldn't be surprised to see an elements out of Tri like VSQ join with Insurgency and perhaps Destiny and PA who have a similar mindset. The last thing you want for those that enjoy smaller scale PvP is to be stuck in deep space away from a lot of traffic that isn't totally united against you.
There are some regions of npc space where anarchy reigns supreme and those are pretty good places for small scale warfare without having to worry about massive POS warfare. I think the corps post aftermath will either survive or die based on if they can get their members doing what they enjoy doing. For some the best thing will be to walk away from what they have been doing for a while, perhaps for others it will be to join with a large third party that wants to move in.

I wouldn't be surprised to see an elements out of Tri like VSQ join with Insurgency and perhaps Destiny and PA who have a similar mindset.

Since Insurgency did so well at holding space the first time round, we're going to take Deklein for ourselves... We already have at least four POS ready to be deployed in key systems, and battle plans are being drawn up to assault the current owners!
