Meh. If you read the forums as you say you do you'd already know that they are a constant flamefest anyway. Don't see why it would be different towards CCP. In fact, given their prominence, I would expect them to attract even more flamage.

im not an eon subscriber and someone said it was mentioned in the latest issue.

I wish I still lived in Philly with all my WoD friends... Between myself and my Co-ST, and with the wonderful help of our seven-man troupe, we experienced some truly epic stories, first with V:tM, and then with new WoD crossover stories between V:tR and W:tF.
I miss those weekends.

I thought it was previously stated that all the current CCP guys wouldn't be abandoning EVE to focus on WoD? Can't say I blame you, it's standard policy. Once you've got your cash cow it makes sense to move your people(who have previously gotten their experience working on said project) to new project funded by the old. Its just annoying to see it happen to EVE.

I know that Players have to give up their characters when they join CCP as an employee.
But... are those who left CCP still playing? Does TomB login with his player char at all, what about Kieron, etc?

Actually, I believe they can keep their "normal" chars, as long as they stay "incognito", that is no one outside CCP knows who they are. They probably get new chars when they start, as the normal client won't accept more than one space, so they'd have to be CCP/GM/ISD<space>Name, with no other spaces.

While it may only be tangentially related - I need to use the opportunity while someone at CCP is feeling talkative  Mind, I'm not asking you to start calling people to ask around, Zulupark - just whatever internal rumors your heard would be great.
Considering the WoD game, which I realize is still a long long long way from completion:
1) Does CCP/White Wolf plan a similar level of community interaction as is present in EVE? I.e. will we have dev blogs, dev chats / live devblogs, and a test server?
2) If yes, at which stage can we expect something like that?
3) If that stage is still a long way off, too, is there any place for interested folks to make suggestions where these will actually be noticed by WoD dev personell?
For example, I had a neat idea for extended functionality of the WoD client as a community tool, beyond simply being the program you start to log into the MMO. I personally feel that this idea, which has nothing to do with game balance, design, content or "I want to play ____"-style useless feature grubbing (or other things which are not my right to decide) by the way, would be most easily implementable at a very early stage, and would benefit the greater WoD community as a whole, as well as garner additional subscribers for CCP/White Wolf.
I am very willing to wait till I can submit this idea in detail through proper channels, but I have no idea when such proper channels might be available or where to look for them. Hence, my questions.

Heh that might be tricky; last I heard from Pann, Wrangler had been fingered as the killer at a Whodunnit event and was spending some time behind bars, Eris was in Sweden for Nordic Game Conference, and Mindstar had family visiting currently.
You better bulk buy those bunnies, I have a feeling you may need them...

The icelandic law stipulates that the mother gets 6 paid months at 80% and the father gets 3 paid months at 80%. The 80% is paid by the government. Additionally, there is an option for the mother to take an additional 3 unpaid months. All these months must be used within 2 years of the birth of the child, but does not have to be taken all at once. (Many fathers take 2 weeks at birth, then the other 2.5 months after the mothers time is ended or almost ended.)
However, many companies will pay the mother the other 20% for the 6 months. Some companies will also give the mother 80% pay for the additional 3 months.
I have never heard of a company that pays the father the other 20%, but that does not mean that it never happens.
