Good luck m8. The first time I set out was crazy. I waited until I had a Maller, Turned out I was attacked at a gate by Tank CEO and his crew. I survived but only had 1% hull left. I ended up staying out in 0.0 for about 4 weeks hunting.
It was awesome.

A note for most that read this is that pirates are going to get mad at you. The more people that get thru and start a life in 0.0 beyond empire they loose thier gate camp. Lets say there are 1000 players behind the gates mining doing agents and making things. Pirates will then have to wander off the stargates. They dont want that.
Do you want to start something come to pure blind. That region will become the next frontier. Bring skills with you to sell, bring bp to sell, bring you mining frigates. The game will be coming out here anyway maybe you can be the first settlers.

you forgot to mention the fact that bobhope was always at the gate before you, checking the system ahead to make sure it was safe.
so let me think with insta`s, in a crow, with a top speed of 5500 m/s a webber and a warp scramble, maybe we would have manadged to keep up, what do you think everyone?

Okay you convinced me. I'm loadin up my incursus and headin out to 0.0. I think I'll go armed. Just bought a new clone last night. I want to die in a blaze!

Good on ya son... I have been trying to convince some of my corp buddies to have a good look around, but they seem far more happy, with their mining efforts and unconcerned with exploring this brave new world. I would like to know how you got on and if you are off again if you would like some company... I'm not to good in a fight but i'm well willing...
and if you haven't been... get going, this is why we have insurance and clones.

It's impossible for me to answer what you did wrong since I can't know HOW you were killed. But as you were on autopilot, it's unlikely that you know either But since you got killed, you obviously did SOMETHING wrong.
