We are however finding out that the alliance is run by a dictator with a serious ego problem. If anyone speaks his mind we see WETRAIN screaming, verbally abusing people and threatening to kick anyone that raises an issue within the Alliance Command. He thinks he is very good at the dictatorial stuff, like all threads disappear soonish especially those WETRAIN does not like. And we see him now throwing out the older corps because he is so power drunk and thinks that us newer corps will stay, well seeing how he treats those that have been loyal to him for so long frankly makes us newer corps think twice about staying under his command. Is there more? Oh yes, for example theres lot of tension between the Romanians and the rest. I have heard all you need to do is be Romanian and you get free alliance capitals. I however cant remember everything from that thread as it was deleted soon after i started reading the forum and i did not realize its importance then. Basically I my advice would be get rid of that rotten guy that calls himself a leader as he can only make Phalanx go one way and you can guess which way that is. I hope you guys understand why i cant do this any other way. If i spoke my mind on alliance forum i fear we would get a kick from without warning.

Or is it your corp does not agree with you? In this case leave the corp, join a new one, in a different alliance. What was the purpose of your post? If it's the later than you must a have a problem, because surely they must know about this horrible dictator, since they are YOUR ALLIANCE MATES. Yes he does get mad if you act ****** in a pvp situation, but hopefully it makes you learn not to be such a damn **** again. Phalanx is a freaking pvp alliance, if anyone whinges about needing to buy a pvp BS or have a HAC or an INTY on hand at all times, in all honesty this alliance isn't for you. The PVPERS in the alliance are getting sick of hearing the whiners complain about simple things.
