For those who don"t know Pula is a very nice place in Croatia, a beautyful tourist location. That"s why we (romanians) use it as a word so often.

Dude I only flew with Phalanx for a bit before my corp disolved, but needing to tell ya that he aint a bad leader.
An alliance needs strong leaders who are willing to kick the ass of players that are just going to carebear if given a chance.
BTW 20M+ Mini Pilot needs an Alliance again :)

On over 1 year ago we came we shot we fought we lost we killed we had fun we got drunk we smacked we enjoyed eve toghether. Alot of you joined us on this ride, you enjoyed it, or you didnt.
But now time of change has come to me and to my corporation.
I would like to announce that R.U.S.T ( Renegade United Special Team - for those who didnt know what it ment) will be departing Phalanx Alliance to another Adventure far far away.
Alot of people already gonna join us on this adventure.
It was a pleasure beeing your "EVIL BAD DICTATOR" and CEO for some of you, but now, me and RUST memebers have decided we want something new for us other then Venal.
That been Said if someone in this alliance does not want to lead the alliance and decides he wants to PHALANX as a name will dissapear as i will be kicking every corp out in 2 weeks from now.

Wetrain is a bit of a hard-ass sometimes, but if you spent some time in phalanx you would know he's not a bad guy overall. He's also a damn good FC on the occasions he's not yelling at people.

My corp joined Phalanx Alliance not so long ago and we thought this was the right move. We are however finding out that the alliance is run by a dictator with a serious ego problem. If anyone speaks his mind we see WETRAIN screaming, verbally abusing people and threatening to kick anyone that raises an issue within the Alliance Command.
He thinks he is very good at the dictatorial stuff, like all threads disappear soonish especially those WETRAIN does not like. Is there more? Oh yes, for example theres lot of tension between the Romanians and the rest. I have heard all you need to do is be Romanian and you get free alliance capitals. I however cant remember everything from that thread as it was deleted soon after i started reading the forum and i did not realize its importance then.
Basically I my advice would be get rid of that rotten guy that calls himself a leader as he can only make Phalanx go one way and you can guess which way that is.
I hope you guys understand why i cant do this any other way. If i spoke my mind on alliance forum i fear we would get a kick from without warning.
on that last point thats your owns stupidity, i regularly spoke my mind...
anyhow good luck rust - (i thaught it was because you all flew rusty minmatar ships tbfh :p  )
Just letting you know the OP isnt me, i left PA on good terms and intend to stay that way :)

You have to understand, wetrain has been in Phalanx, really since its beginning. even back in the day when BGBR was in it also (Ex bgbr here btw wetty). and he has still not budged from the 6NJ system area :) and no one will move them either :S lol
so.. thats what ? nearly 2 years or something ? (not in venal) the guy is a good FC also.. can eb a bit of a tard at times but other than that :D you eitehr love them or hate them :)

Lol, sounds like something Wetrain is quite capable of evolving into :) I have known him while back and I can tell you he's a good FC. It's just his attitude that you have to deal with, so it's good thing I didn't directly depend on it ;) Maybe a solution would be to leave him to fleet business, but have a moderate dictate the alliance.
