Unlike the rest of the people on this thread, I have done the ultra rare mission "Find the Donut". That gave me the right to bribe Concord whenever I want to - allowing me and my friends to pirate without consequences. Send me 500 million ISK and I will raise your security level to the point where you can enter high sec and pod as many people as you like. For 1 billion ISK I will tell you the one agent that gives out this coveted mission.

Steps to get ur stuff in high sec: ~Terminate your current forum alt unless you have a free slot. ~Roll a Minmatar alt that gives you the nice sp in navigation and level 4 in frigates. ~Purchase the Minmatar Industrial skill and work it to level 4 which should take about 7 days. ~You now have a Mammoth alt that will haul 17389 m3 with 4 cargo II and over 20k m3 with a single cargo rig. I have flown battleship for more than 3 months now and I mate it pretty well. First of all you want to change your cruise missile launchers with heave launchers as heavy launchers do more damage. Midium slots : Here you want something to make you more dangerous. 3 webbefiers will take care of all frigates, your heavy launchers will solve the cruisers while your hammerheads solve the frigates you have webbed. Then, fit one xl shield booster and the rest multi frequency hardener. Low : Medium armour repairer (saves a lot of cap compared to large one) and 4 armour plates. With this setup you should be able to own all lv3 missions. Someone sticky this thread NNNNNOOOOOOOOWW!!!!!!!!!
