mmm, been on both sides of the fence of this and can see it from both perspectives. Although SATAN's comments were quite a shock, dunno how much ketamin he's got through to reach that post but it could probably topple a few ponies.
Looks fairly good in terms of goals stated, but as far as a contractor setting out those goals without knowing the end target it's difficult to judge how successful it's been, and knowing that the plebs in the alliance certainly never get told more than what's on the forums it's hard to see why anyone would specify those terms in a contract. As such I think you bring a lot of flames on yourself, in not adequately explaining what the task was, so therefore better off omitting that entirely.

TBH from what I've seen of Hydra they'd get rolled by smashkill and that's not exactly a compliment to either side of that argument, so again its hard to judge given the standard of opposition, PL & CI have been raping BRUCE without putting much effort in so its tough to gauge.

Here's my personal guess as to the source of the contract: someone in Hydra leadership.
Why?
To "make Hydra fight" and gain experience.

My 2 cents:
- In regards to this contract cementing the relationship between KIA and Diasho : not sure it was really needed but it did reinforce the fact that we work well together as a team
- On the topic of just looking at the KIA and Dai boards and blending the numbers for final outcome, wish it was that easy. There were numerous engagements, especially in the later hours where KIA is off prime and DAI starts ours that there were only DAI on the km, likewise the same for some KB entries on the KIA board. Only way to come up with a final number would to go scrubbing through hundreds of KM's and tally them. Maybe some troll has the time to do it from their armchair admiral seat but we have better things to do like kill things 
The simple reality is this; We lit cynos and jumped into a system owned by an alliance 2x our combined size, right in the middle of nap land with who knows who coming to their aid at any time. At least we had the nads to do it and that says something. There was nothing personal against Hydra and thanks for the fights.
Eddz, thanks for having us along on the romp, it was a blast and on behalf of Daisho I can say that we look forward to the next adventure together where ever that may be

You've got me. I paid for the contract, but it was supposed to start the HYDRA fail cascade. I even fail bringing down my own alliance! MY FAULT!
Oh well, back to the drawing board... I'll take down these HYDRA fscks one way or another...
