In line with a couple of earlier posts, it has been really fun to fight atlas/fix/smash etc ... been missing decent pvp for a while now and its been good on both sides. Thou gh i am knackered now after serveral almost 20 hours days :) You really should read the description of the Vagabond. The ship is used exactly as it is supposed to be. The fact that the "light" HAC of each other race can also make a good addition to a light-skirmish gang doesn't make them broken. Recons also work exactly like they are supposed to. Its all about asymmetric warfare and every even moderately serious PVP alliance uses all classes of ships and all gang configurations for their intended purpose. The nano-phoons and domis were broken but there really is nothing wrong with speed now and its completely defensible; although yes it is hard to catch and kill all/most members of a skilled gang and you often have to be satisfied with one or two kills and running them off. But if hostile incursions frequently resulted in total destruction for the invader it wouldn't happen often and there wouldn't be nearly as much PVP. Also there are many interesting and fun escalation scenarios that can happen starting with these fleets...I think they add a lot to the game it shouldn't just be about tank and gank.
