The failure cascade started many weeks before this when we did a couple roams, and the panic posts on STK forums which started the demise.

Yes, yes I know you lost a carrier again and emoragequit but you both have alts, in fact if T2 was stolen it couldn't have been just you, Kalkin had the director roles to do this, combined the two of you are responsible for this thievery. I know the two of you are trying to deflect blame to others right now. I am sure Lakhthar is a smart guy and will remove the two of you soon enough.

Attack? No not really.
Some GBC corps put up a few POS to try and get some good fights. Black-out decided to run to empire and save assets. What they did wrong was post a withdrawal to empire on forums first before securing corp assets which triggered Kalkin and Kadka, two RL brothers to steal from STK.
There were some small fights according to the killboard but no major offensive was launched, mostly small gang pvp.

Helen is aces Star, your just ****y you didnt get any T2.
He did much for STK, after I was removed by Trevor and Temerlyn the corp went **** **** up imo. Not so much because of my removal but because soon after the entire corp that was STK Scientific left. Skillolers, Helen, Mini and aload others joined Tri and my old corp was left to be run by nubs and legacy CEOs and directors who play internetspaceships from vbulletin forums.
Like the saying goes, you reap what you sow.
STK is getting "just deserts" because they deserve them. If you cba to logon once in awhile and fight alongside your troops and look after your corp security properly, then the countless corp thefts will continue to happen.
I know this isn't the end of STK but it should be.

Cass, Lakh lives a half hour from me, if I were to do something like that, he'd kick my butt. Unlike you, I've built bridges, not burned them. And as the directors who were online can attest, I was offline, and Kalk has been fighting comp troubles and weather troubles (tornadoes are fun mmkay?). Get your facts straight and your head out of the clouds of insanity, just ask Lakh, since you seem to be so buddy buddy with him.
P.S. I haven't lost a carrier in 5 months; check the killboard and get with the times cassnub.

Where to begin on this as I tend not to post in here. Attacks on me fine bring it. Attacks on STK I take very personally as I have over the past year and a half done nothing but try to keep STK from unraveling in the face of some of the largest corp thefts in eve. The shear magnitude would have bellied even the hardiest of corporations. When you see STK pull up roots and move its not because we lack the blood thirst it's because since my time we joined Invictus and were forced to live in a pos, joined Ro3 only to have our mothership program scuttled by Starwolf who apparenly was upset the acting BoD at the time asked Cass to step down as Director because of his temper and plain outrage he showed towards the common pilot. I was also a recipient of said outlash. Cass remeber my first freighter loss ;)
We had a great thing up north with Mpire. I have fond memories and in a heartbeat would fly with mpire to this day. We got outplobbed by a 17 alliance coalition and Mpire allaince leadership decided it was better to capitulate due to the shear burdon it had taken on the leadership.
Tomcatt at the time had little option once Mpire fell and the Goonswarm offer was the best option for STK. No isk was paid to Goonswarm; However we did purchase MP5/LX5 for 10 bill from KOS. So we created Blackout. We had our ups and downs great FC's came and went and came back. The future of Blackout is still being created.
The latest theft came at a time of flux and was one of the rare times some of our assets where accumulated in one place and it became a theft of convinence. Despite the original posts claim's all our t2 bpo's are snuggly tucked away and I sleep very well at night knowing that fact. It will not be long before we start flooding the market again. I will take a shot at a few of the big guys on the block you may have blobs, moms, and titans but our Library of T2 bpos is among one of the finest. I cannot thank enough the old timers and the guys behind the scenes enough in STK that allow us to suffer such events and allow us to soldier on.
For those in the know sorry I had to post as I have put alot of myself into STK over the past year and take offense to some of the things being spoken of in here. I can only atest to the great corp STK has been to me over the past year and a half. I am very proud to fly under her banner through thick an thin.

Some information is incorrect. No BPOs were taken. None of any significance anyway. They were already in a different location. What was taken was an especially well mixed group of ships fo the sales program and alliance/corp use. Let's not forget also that those folks that dump their personal stuff into hangars to be moved out lost a buttload of that.
I know of folks that had the roles to do this deed. Not only that, I know who the first person was to point out that everything had been taken from the Sales and Secure Q hangars. It happened over a period of two hours where things were moved into someone's personal hangar. I know a few of the short list of suspects and believe me it will rattle the rafters when it is announced. Happened before it will probably happen again.
Now personally I can also attest to the fact that many people from within STK and Black-out have been shopping around for new corps. The options that we are presented with are not as fruitful as they once were, coming from a corp with such a great history. The recent mismanagement, nay, absence of management, has left a bad taste in our mouths. The lack of capable FC's has also been detrimental. I know a few people that are waiting a short period of time to find out where things are going. Hopefully there will be a decent direction. But no matter what happens, you tards will always be critical of decisions that great corps make. It helps you feel better about yourselves.
And BTW- I was there when Cassius tried to warn the leadership about Star Wolf, Helen, and others. He was shunned because he spoke the truth. It was all said and done before the truth had reached the ears of the masses. Kudos to you brother for preaching truth, justice, and the Canadian way!

I know this because i lost half my fleet to Deadtear, and then warped to another gate with the rest of them, where another titan was waiting.

Blackout, EXE has only fought you for the past month or so, in that time you've managed to lose capitals almost daily, and continuously supply all the GBC with fruitful targets. Maybe once you were strong, but you became complacent.
Anywho... bye bye Blackout. It was fun whilst it lasted.
