So, I recently had a bit of a mishap inside my corporation. (I'm not going to get into gross detail).
So this guy left my corp (Salmari) and created a new corporation. Before he left, he briefly attempted to take control of my corporation he was telling my members and friends that what I was doing as CEO was a horrible idea etc. Well.
He had the nerve to create his own corporation, capture the spirit of what my corporation does/did and even completely copy my intellectual property from my website to his (word for word).

What you have there is my corporation charter. Copied to the letter. He even left key words like "Aduro" and "Adurian" in there.
Sal, if you're gonna tell me and my corp members what I do is a pile of crap then leave and make your own corp, at least have the decency to make your own **** up and not steal my work which I took a good 2 days working on, then running a find & replace on it them calling it yours.
So yeah, just wanted to put it out there that this guy is a general asshat, hoping you'll all avoid him. He's some alt anyway of a character in Triumvirate, not that I expect much out of his little corporation. Just sort of upset he'd go to all the trouble of calling my corp "blind by following Siig," then copying my work.
And Sal, the only reason I'm doing this is because you literally stole my work. Talking crap ingame is one thing, but actually going out of your way to steal this sort of thing is just really low.

Ya know the time dat Salmari guy woz Ceo i was like wtf and the bull**** he talked over the day omg lol
Ya know the moment i talked to him i knew there was something wrong
and believe me Siig Is a good ceo , he knows his stuff
Back when i woz in Aduro he woz good Ceo always helped us out when we didnt have any isk.
Well if ya's want to join a corp who does PvP join Aduro,they are well skilled!!!!

Altough the preference to sue ppl left and right for anything and everything dosent go well with my idea of how a justice system should work I have to agree that for the humour here, take it to court; I can imagine the headlines

If I wanted to be a real douche (which I could be) I could get him for copyright infringement.
The materials that I host on my website are covered in my copyright license under Imagination Studios, LLC. My company actually is what I handle with my DJing, and all material that falls underneath the hosting company I go through (Dreamhost) is covered under my copyright. So, because siigarikitawa.com, quafeultra.com and theaduroprotocol.com are all in my billing under my company's bill, I could take him to court for that.
But I'm not a jerk. :P
If you are approaching it from a business standpoint then you are in violation of the TOS and rules that CCP has set forth.
I have someone who not only created a corp, but also a character with the same name except they used numbers instead of certain letters. They also pretend to be me in game. I even have people making up false but humorous killmails about me. Deal with it.
I'd war dec the offending corp or hire someone to do it.

It's not really a great charter TBH, a lot of hot air expended to say a few very simple things. Look at this as a good chance for a revision and improvement.
