So, I recently had a bit of a mishap inside my corporation. (I'm not going to get into gross detail).
So this guy left my corp (Salmari) and created a new corporation. Before he left, he briefly attempted to take control of my corporation he was telling my members and friends that what I was doing as CEO was a horrible idea etc. Well.
He had the nerve to create his own corporation, capture the spirit of what my corporation does/did and even completely copy my intellectual property from my website to his (word for word).

What you have there is my corporation charter. Copied to the letter. He even left key words like "Aduro" and "Adurian" in there.
Sal, if you're gonna tell me and my corp members what I do is a pile of crap then leave and make your own corp, at least have the decency to make your own **** up and not steal my work which I took a good 2 days working on, then running a find & replace on it them calling it yours.
So yeah, just wanted to put it out there that this guy is a general asshat, hoping you'll all avoid him. He's some alt anyway of a character in Triumvirate, not that I expect much out of his little corporation. Just sort of upset he'd go to all the trouble of calling my corp "blind by following Siig," then copying my work.
And Sal, the only reason I'm doing this is because you literally stole my work. Talking crap ingame is one thing, but actually going out of your way to steal this sort of thing is just really low.

Ya know the moment i talked to him i knew there was something wrong
and believe me Siig Is a good ceo , he knows his stuff
Back when i woz in Aduro he woz good Ceo always helped us out when we didnt have any isk.
Well if ya's want to join a corp who does PvP join Aduro,they are well skilled!!!!

The materials that I host on my website are covered in my copyright license under Imagination Studios, LLC. My company actually is what I handle with my DJing, and all material that falls underneath the hosting company I go through (Dreamhost) is covered under my copyright. So, because siigarikitawa.com, quafeultra.com and theaduroprotocol.com are all in my billing under my company's bill, I could take him to court for that.
But I'm not a jerk. :P
If you are approaching it from a business standpoint then you are in violation of the TOS and rules that CCP has set forth.
I have someone who not only created a corp, but also a character with the same name except they used numbers instead of certain letters. They also pretend to be me in game. I even have people making up false but humorous killmails about me. Deal with it.
I'd war dec the offending corp or hire someone to do it.

Unless im mistaken unless hes actually making money from copying your work the law is very hazy about what is and isn't allowed.
According to American statue on the matter whether it is an infringement of copyright is fairly reliant on four considerations.
1. the purpose and character of your use
2. the nature of the copyrighted work
3. what amount and proportion of the whole work was taken, (usually less than 400 words)
4. the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
Given your material had no market and was made for a video game i think youd run into serious trouble winning that case..

I wanted to laugh at you, but in a world where Microsoft can patent the double click, you might actually win. Also, you can prove its yours by pointing out the grammar mistakes and typos that made it from the original into the rip-off. That should be a sound strategy.

I happen to find it interesting at a few of the people here who I spent the better part of a season or two with take a different face on the forums than they do with me in game.
I don't know where the seemingly honest dislike towards me comes from, but all I can say is I'm sorry you see things that way.
Also - and I add this as my last reply here - I find it amusing that those of you who don't care so much are actually posting in the thread to inform me of it. Somehow that tells me you either enjoy wasting your time or you do care.

I havent had time to read all the lame stuff before I posted this, but im sure i will laugh. Get over it Siig, when you were begging for your corp back you said its just childish games and to quit. Obviously you havent. And if you have issues with the way I do things in Eve, bring it up to me, don't flame in Forums.

Seeing how how XjohnnydX did all the code writing in the corp as Siig cant figure out how to change the alliance info that we havent been apart of for almost 6 months. Legitimate code that I have access to and the work was done by XjohnnydX as i stated before. This is all real silly, Siig, put your effort into bettering your corp, not holding grudges. Gah why am I even posting, this is so over.

I fully expect you to respond to this - and honestly that is partially my intent. But I apologize in advance for not responding to your response. I'm not prepared to take any sides in the overall problems, but regarding this, I've just got a few things to say:
First, thanks for the credit. The php coding on the site was about 95% my work, the other 5% going to Phoebe. I hadn't programmed an in-game compatable site yet, so I used theirs to teach myself how to do it. Most of the concepts and ideas within the charter did orignally come from you, Siigari, but it took a lot of time and effort to overhaul it, fixing grammatical errors, rewording stuff to be more easily understood, and changing it to fit how our corporation was supposed to be working at the time. Hell, it was still a work in progress when I left to go play in the desert.
Besides, if Sal wants to use it, so what? It's not like there's any revolutionary or secretive ideas in there. Take it as a compliment that he liked it enough to adopt it, rather than asking me to make a new one, which I would have gladly done.
Salmari isn't a bad guy at all. As a matter of fact, he's one of the most honest and dependable guys I've met in Eve. For you to come out and try to drag him through the mud is just juvenile and pointless.
