Left without warning, closed the alliance, took all alliance assets etc... then to add insult to injury put bubbles up on the gates to stop their former alliance mates withdrawing safely, breaking the 1 week blue they were supposed to have

yeah....we stole the hugely stocked asset's....apparently 11bil too, even though the wallet never reached over 4bil....and the bubble thing? i know there was a few close call as tension was thick, but i guess another person has fallen for the lies put against us, i wish i shot more of you now

I've avoided replying to this thread because I don't have the time to deal with the QQing of some ex-members of one of the carebear alliances we obliterated in the short time we existed as our own Alliance. As I recall the only nap we ever broke actually did relate to stellar legion. You guys had been defeated and were being driven out of npc space. You asked for a 2 day cease-fire so the fragments of your alliance could move assets out safely. The only words we exchanged was our response "die in a fire" and then a wardec to kill off what little remained of your carebears from neighboring high sec space. We found out that the other groups did give you a temp blue status, so we reset everyone who had you blue. This lasted for all of about 9 minutes as everyone reset you.
The short answer to "why we disbanded" is that our former CEO and executor, who was the only person in our corp who actually wanted to run an alliance, has been absent from the game for about 5-6 months. He's sorta on and off, he was here for the week of the tourney but hadn't logged in for the previous month before that nor did he for the month afterwards either. The rest of our corp bregrudgedly kept the alliance going while we tried to get another corp to step up, actually we had in mind one of the euro corp ceo's to take over running the show. Alas no one ever stepped up to do so we dissolved it and kept the alliance alive with a holding corp until we need to use it again for the alliance tournaments.
As far as drama in syndicate is concerned it was rather uneventful, I think more plotting and scheming goes on trying to get the RL pics of one of the local alliance's diplo, as she's female irl. The order in which events unfolded wasn't particularly what we had in mind and tensions were high because of that, but nothing of any note transpired. Despite all the elaborate stories that got more and more hilarious as they were retold and expanded upon, nothing happened. Standings were set for all corps for over a week so they could relocate assets, notr didn't kill any one in any of the former corps we had blue. Nothing was ever stolen from any "alliance hangars" nor was there ever 11 billion ISK to steal from the "alliance" wallet, which was always our corp wallet btw. The only isk that was in there was 1.3bil that had already been set aside for constructing a jump freighter, which is what we spent it a week or two later. Some of the corps joined local hostile alliances, some moved into low sec, I believe all of the euro corps banded together again under a new alliance, which is good to hear. One of the corp CEO's was very sandy-vag and tried to delete our corp from vent (it's our vent) so we had to lock down things like Vent and the forums. They also hired crimson federation to wardec the now empty alliance, which we thought was odd.
We still live right here, some place we always have, corp is stronger than ever now that someone else has to deal with politics and alliance issues and we can just pewpew.

woulda been nice to know
i dont think anyone hired anyone to war the holding corp,
we had just recruited a new corporation to the alliance and inherited their war the very night that the alliance was dissolved i think.
