If it's not too late, I'd like to reserve 20 shares.
I'm rather new in the market game, so I'd like to start small 
Also, being a bit of a newb when it comes to this whole thing, could you please explain when you will begin accepting reservations, and how/when you will be making ROIs?

The reservations have begun, and usually occur in launch threads. I do have enough reservations to meet the goal of the offering and those people are listed in the 3rd post on page 1 under the offer document.
You are currently on the reserve list, if people don't take up their offer.
At present the reservations have been made, and a 3rd party auditor is conducting an audit of my accounts. When he has completed this he will post his results here. At that point people will have the option of buying the shares or cancelling.
ROI will be calculated on a monthly basis, and dividends paid out on the first of each month.

I do have an intrest in this but it seems i am too late.
However i would be intrested in buying 120 shares if the oppertunity comes avaliable. Evemail this character if this is a possiblity. (give me 48-72 hours notice the money is in evebank)

cosmoray has provided me with a full API key for one account, containing the industrial alt used for most of the work in his current ventures, and a limited key for a second account, containing only cosmoray and one other (20m sp, primarily PVP) character whose name will be revealed in the event of a scam.
He has also claimed ownership of a third account. He says that it might or might not be involved with the IPO, containing, in his words, "a construction ALT and pirate". I have not been provided with any other information about this account. I can, however, confirm that neither the first nor the second account contains Riethe.
The industrial alt from the first account possesses a freighter and has the skills required to fly it, as well as production efficiency V, as one would expect. He has recently built & sold some T1 goods, and has an appropriate collection of T1 ship blueprints, mostly in research at the present time.
I have not seen evidence of any recent ship sales either by the corp or any of the characters on the 1st account, but this is probably because, as indicated by the corp's delivered job records, many of his ship blueprints have been researched extensively over the last couple of months.
cosmoray has revised his contribution towards the IPO down to 2bn isk in the form of 500m in liquid isk, the freighter, and blueprints to the value of 700m isk. This appears to be in order.
I think that's all I have to say that falls within the scope of what the API can tell me. At this point, I haven't seen his own detailed profit estimates, so I can't comment on whether his goals for this IPO are realistic.

The audit has been complete, and you can make up your mind if I am able to run the IPO as stated.
You may now take one of the following options:
1. Send the money you reserved to Cosmoray and shares will be delivered
2. Cancel your reservation (please do so here)
3. Ask more questions
The reservations list has been updated to include 14B in capital that has been reserved. Investors have until Monday 9th June at 23.59 game time to make payment at which point the remaining shares go on sale.
I will also post a screenshot of the share register when selling is complete.
First dividend (probably limited due to shortened month) will be made on July 1st.

I have sold some to the people on reserve, but I will happily sell you the rest available, around 1-1.5B I believe.

Perhaps just wishful thinking on my part, but if that means "up to the maximum 500 million ISK per pilot stake" and there are a few shares left still, I'd be happy to get in for as much as possible up to 500 million myself.
