Given the Gallente Race is appartently descended from the French, I suggest using their plural rules. I'm sure my 20 seconds of research will be ripped apart by the first native french speaker ('cause I'm a silly American if nothing else) but it seems that adding an S to the end of a noun creates a plural. Thus the word would be Dominixs.
Pronounced "Dom-en-ics-es".
Now I've taken a stab at a language I don't speak AND at creating a phonetic key to a word I'm not certain I pronounce right to begin with.

When you're dealing with words that get imported from one language to another, there is usually some confusion as to how you pluralize them.
I'll use 'bonus' as an example.
In Latin, where the word bonus originates, the plural would be bonii (or bona depending on who you talk to but it's not important as you'll see). However, in English, the proper way to make 'bonus' plural is 'bonuses'. Stealing the root word doesn't mean we steal the plural form of it. Yes it's odd, and yes it contributes to making English a bloody nightmare of a language to understand sometimes, both for native speakers and not, but that's the way it works.
So, in this case, in English, the proper plural form of Dominix is Dominixes. But nobody says Dominix anyways, we just use Domi and Domis.
