I am looking to borrow 3 billion ISK for 2-6 weeks. To arrange this I am offering another bond similar to my previous offer.
The interest rate for this bond will be 1.5% per week, approx 6.1% per month.
A new shell corp (KITI Bond 2008-06) has been created to implement this bond. Be sure to send any ISK for share purchases to that corp.
Details of Implementation
- KITI Bond 2008-06 was created as a bond/share issuing shell-corp.
- KITI Bond 2008-06 has 3000 shares each of which will have a base value of 1,000,000 ISK
- ISK must be sent to the corporation (not to the CEO or any other character) when purchasing stocks.
- A dividend of 1.5% ( initially 15,000 ISK per share ) will be issued each Tuesday, starting on 2008-06-10.
- Repayment will also begin 2008-06-10.
- Buy-back will be handled through dividends: an additional payout will be made and the base value of the stock units will be decreased accordingly.
- Current stock value and interest information will be maintained in the corporationĘs description.
- At the end of the buy-back phase the original purchase price will have been paid back through dividends and the shell corporation will be closed.

1,005 Shares have been purchased so far.
2,995 are left to sell.
Shares are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
Shares will be distributed when I get home from work this evening. (Provided there are no problems finalizing the creation of the shares.)

It'll be late late eve possibly tomorrow before I get a chance to logon, I'm currently in the middle of an exchange restore, so you can imagine how my day has been going.
So if need be you can pick up the lot and I'll organize a split with you when possible. |

Seems I've come too late to this party, but for the next time, how does one send ISK to a corp? I only know how to send ISK to a character?

Your not too late yet or atleast you weren't when I checked a minute ago: there were a little more than 500 shares left.
As for sending ISK to a corp it is the same as sending it to a player: search for it under People & Places, right-click and choose Give Money.

At the time of this post there are still 545 shares remaining.
Shares are not reserved until the ISK is received.
I plan to distribute the shares soon. I am hoping to distribute all of the shares in a single batch, so I am waiting to see if these last shares sell before I need to go to bed.

Very, sorry. My life got kind of crazy the past couple days.
Interest payments of 15,000 ISK per share have now been paid.
A repayment of 250,000 ISK per share has also been made, bring the share value down to 750,000 per share.

This weeks interest payment has been made.
Next weeks interest payment will be made on either Friday night or Saturday morning as I will be out of town next week.
