I just downloaded and installed the whole game in a separate directory and applied the test patch and i am still getting this dumb error.

 ya whatever m8. All he stated was that it would be nice if CCP would tell us when the server was down, and for how long it would be down without having to install a new version of the game only find out u still cant connect cause there was never a problem on your end.
PS: the test server is more a rightful privilege than one or the other. As a paying customer you earn the right to play on the test server kinda, but you can also get that right taken away; And at certain times the server may not be up to play.

Hate to sound like a jerk, but honestly, I still dont get it why people think paying a (measely) sum of 15 dollars a month gives them these great powers to pretty much whine and complain when things aren't going as planned.
They are working on the test server to get it ready for necessary testing. It is a privilege to play on the test server.
Your subscription is charged to play on TQ. Honestly I still think we are lucky that they even allow us to login to SISI and test out new expansions... nevermind the fact that the expansions are FREE.
You guys need to chill out, and just be patient. |

Check this site and if SiSi is online, and accepting connections connect to it
If not Check Multiplicity and change the ip on your short cut form 50 to 51 and connect

Oh BTW make a third copy for SiSi they appear to be repatching with fresh patches on sisi so when it is ready more then likely it will require a fresh patch form TQ. Just a hint to get you testing faster.

LOL, sure.
Sure it is a luxury that I spend my time there to test things for CCP and write bug reports so that they can save people in their QA deparment, eh?
If they want testers, they better provide the tools for doing so or no one will come.
I am not complaining that the test server is down, it is their business, they can completely shut if off if they want *shrugs*
However, IF they announce big testing days and IF they want as many people as possible being there THEN they should make it as easy as possible to connect there - including NOT removing forum post how to connect. And maybe it would also be clever to have the server up and running with the patch used at testing a few days before, so that people can become comfortable with the environment and move stuff, prepare etc.

I¦m getting this as well error as well. Copied my EVE client to another folder (build 53162) went to patch downloads and it gave me the patch to build 56301 and there are no patches to patch from build 56301 to the latest build in the patch downloads. So now what, do I have to download the the latest full build?

The info on how to connect is in the info sticky that contains all the really useful threads on this subject.
As for not finding patches and such, if we have just updated the server the links to patches may not have updated yet. There are plenty of tips and tricks in that "how to connect thread" that is linked in the info thread.

It's the third of June today.
Test server version refers to Tranquility, not Singularity, and because of that there's still the Incompatible(Release) status.

At the moment Singularity is running build no. 56600 and has 117 players on it.

Ok, i was able to connect to SiSi by aplying /server:87.237.38.50 to shorcut to exe file
BUT!
I use Eve-launcher to run two accounts in semi-fullscrenn mode, and that prog just try to run exe file as it is.
Your current 56600 release is trying to connect to TQ not to SiSi on default...

just recopied main client, patched it with 56600 and have trinity splash and corupt pacth showing all time, fourth try and fourth new copy of main client
and idea why i have trinity splash and i have downloaded and install patch numerous times now :(

LoL its funny how trolls see a suggestion, or asking nice for a favor, curse up a storm talking about whining.
And yes Grarr we wouldn't mind playing in a buggy environment... Hence us voluntarily logging on to a test server.  And Just so you know Garr they used to post that the test server was down for mirroring for a few days... And thats all we were asking for a quick post so that we could know that its down for mirroring or patching and will be down for an extended period of time. If you see that as whining, god have mercy on the human race...
Ps: If you cant even use a civil tung on a post.... thats just sad

Ok found the right patch on the download page now, patched it to the latest and everything working well. Either you guys just put the patch up or I missed it the first time around. Using the /end /LUA:OFF /server:87.237.38.50 in the shortcut to run the exe file. Looking forward to the testing.

Forgive me if someones already brought this up but Ive only just woken up (being in an Oz timezone and all)...
So I checked the server page first...175 peeps online in sisi...good good...go to the log in page..'new build available'...update the patch...try to log in again...now Im seeing its the TQ server im trying to log into on the Emp Age log in screen...therefore its an incompatible version...check the server page again to see 0 people online..did I miss something or should I go outside for a while lol

Well, i just tried for the third time to update a client, i used the following methods:
1# Updating a client with a prior version (56546) with the auto-patch. I got several times an error message indicating that the download was corrupt and had to re-download it several times, once i managed to fully download it and apply it, i got Status: Incompatible (Version).
2# I created another copy of my premium client, downloaded the "evepremiumpatch53162-56600_test.exe" file from your server, applied it - just to get the very same message at the login screen. Status: Incompatible (Version)
3# After reading some of the posts in a few threads and sticked messages in the board, i decided to make yet another copy of my client and simply ran it to download a full update via the auto-patch feature (on all cases i am using the "/end /LUA:OFF /server:87.237.38.50" parameters in a separate shortcut on my desktop"), after several attempts (thanks to the download corrupted error that can be seen here) it managed to download the patch, install, and give me the Status: Incompatible (Version) error once again.
I really have no clue what else to do, any feedback would be appreciated (and yes, i know that SiSi is currently down)

However, it says that the cluster is not currently accepting connections.

My shortcut is: "C:\Program Files\Test Server\EVE\eve.exe" /server:87.237.38.50
without the LUA stuff and it works fine. I was on for a little over an hour before tonight's DT. I suspect when it comes back up you'll be able to log in as well.

Yeah, sisi is up, but its not accepting connections.
I'm using:
/end /LUA:OFF /server:87.237.38.50
and that seems to be the accepted working method. Guess there are some minor patches coming.

I got incompatible build aswell now. Probs new patch just haven't got it ready to download yet.

I'm getting it today too, I know I'm late for the testing. I think... west coast US time, +8, take away the three, divide by... you know I'm not sure but I've seen posts about Sisi that are older than other posts not able to connect, so is I doing something wrong still?
- I was getting it briefly yesterday (also running late) so I wondered if CCP doesn't just use that as a 'shutoff' to new connections during testing? I'd understand, it would take too long to get me up to speed to help at this point anyway, but was curious if this is the case?
