JQA constellation: Has crokite and dark ochre and serpentis BS spawns. No need to run the FDMLJ and PF blockades with your zydrine since you get back to empire through Reblier.

I want to stop another pointless random flame fest by clearly stating our intentions.

We are a small alliance & we include the JQA system & most of the upper MK7 systems as our protected territories it is a dead end system so we do not have any problems with stopping passers by.

We tried being a fully open alliance but after constant incursions by various pirate forces we had to revise this policy. Hence our more aggresive patrolling & ejecting of unknown people.

We will challenge anybody found in our systems but we do have a policy of warning them and allowing 5 minuites to leave; the exception to this are alts who will be expected to leave IMEDIATELY as they invariably have nefarious intentions.

If there is pressing buisness in which you have to enter our systems please arrange with us prior to your arrival (JQA-PUBLIC)

If anyone dosn't get challenged please feel free to contact me ingame & I will attempt to resolve the issue.

Lets clear something up right now as well.

BS spawns are VERY sporadic, not like 1 per day, more like 1 per month. That goes for the whole JQV and MK7 constellations. I've seen exactly 1 BS spawn ever out there, and I've heard of a total of 3-4 BS spawns in the last 3 months.

If you plan to hunt BS's, you'll be sorely disappointed.

Hell, if anyone that engages in PvP, ever, is a pirate, then most of EVE are pirates, so i'm in good company

Since I've chosen to set our standings with CelesApoc very high your public statements are a matter of concern to me.
