It was afterall fight for our home.
You had the comfort of rotating ppl on front, we had to have everyone on the front every day. Exhaustion after a week or two is normal than. In the last year you were never seriously contested, so now when the forces are equal, we can have a fair fight, which according to you, you came down to us.
And if usual someone clever points out that sizes of alliances doesnt matter, only sizes of gangs, than you must be doing somethin wrong, when 2 alliances 1/4 of your size were able to put almost the same number ppl on the battlefront.
The facts dont lie....you and us have about 9000 ppl in our block. So talking now about being blobbed, is hypocrisy or stupidity, maybe just a pure flame. We just want a fair fight......

I think you're getting the attacking, and the losing a titan and mothership defending confused.
The concept that attacking 7-K made ANY difference whatsoever aside from letting us kill a couple of supercaps is laughable, especially when you announced your intentions and even a timeframe weeks before 7-K was attacked. And ALREADY had your allies taking their allies space months earlier. Of course you would have prefered that everyone sat still and did nothing and just waited for you to come when you were ready. |

You have got to be kidding? Holding systems isn't want makes this game fun. The most fun I have ever had in this game was living out of a POS in hostile space for several months. (yes the same one they could never destroy it).

I gave us up as dead almost 2 years ago. There's no depression, I began with acceptance and so can only experience joy. Hell a year ago I was begging for someone to try what goons are trying because no one trying is just plain boring. It's like a book I can't put down until I see the ending. I've had 0.0 space for 2 years, and collectively in that time I've spent about 2 hours mining and 6 hours ratting (and none in the last 6 months). It is of no value to me except for the interest it brings. Well look at this thread. Lets start a civil conversation.
1a8 was never attacked because we knew it would bring the whole of the SouthernCoalition into the fight. So now looking back, it was kinda silly for you guys to hide behind RA and using them to manage the station when in all honesty we probably were not gonna siege it.
During the 9iz campaign, we sieged multiple towers a night just to have the node reset and all our work undone. This happened 2-3 nights in a row and was very frustrating. When we finaly called for an alarm clock op, we could only siege 1-2 of the pos's before risking another "our logs show nothing" node crash. That campaign would have ended alot sooner had these "random" crashes not taken place. After what was about a monthish?? of fighting and numerous back and forths, the call was made that chaos was having problems and couldnt continue trying to take back the system. When that call was made there was a 100+ fleet ready to go back and do it again but was told to turn back. Chaos has always suffered the brunts of the wars. They never had an easy time in 00 and I have to say that it was an honor flying with them. Hopefully we can start things back up together someday. I have nothing but respect for them.

All in all though Atlas has always known our time was limited in the drone regions. Eventualy we would step on too many shoes and get knocked out. These current events are no suprise. This was actualy the 3rd time leadership made the call to remove as much assest from 00 and prepare for the worse. For the most part we were prepared. There is still of course pilots that were not active or unable to get back home intime to move their stuff and i feel sorry for what they loss.
So now we relocated back to empire/geminite and continue to fight with our smashkill/fvckas/sack friends. Fix and Atlas space was too far apart from the rest of the coalition and with numerous fleets attackin in different regions, there was no way to hold out forever. The call to pack it up was a hard one but a wise one. It will better allow ourselves to focus our fire and work as a whole as we are badly outnumbered at this point. So GF to IRC and ED, enjoy the space. I would say the same to Solar and Legion but they seem not to care about being civil.
