I love how the goons come up here and decide that since an alliance loses its space, its going to disband. I remeber a time a while back when goonswarm was evicted from npc 00 space(lolz). Now they hold territory again. Is it that goonswarm is the only alliance that can do this? I think not because the majority of their player base is borderline ********.
Keep spewing your propaganda, no one cares.
(except me cause i like to troll goons)
counter-counter point: goons were never removed from npc 0.0 and the three alliances named in the example all did end up disbanding shortly after running back to jita. |

I honestly believe ATLAS would have been left alone if they had been neutral in this war... but then people would have accused them of traitors or something.
Well... good luck ATLAS. You will be missed (nearby reds are always a plus)

So we're morons and you're brilliant? You're losing your space to the friends of morons and your allies are losing to the morons directly. I'm curious, what exactly does this reveal about the character of the mighty Atlas Alliance?
If I found myself on the short end of the stick to morons and their friends, I'd be doing some soul searching before I decided to spam COAD with posts about my "superiority". But hey, what do I know? I'm just part of the t1 goonie nub herd.

I'm glad we weren't neutral in this war. R0ADKILL and SMASH are awesome allies who keep their word and stick by their allies and you lot were worthy enemies. If we were neutral/NAP'd we wouldn't have had this much fun. I'm sure no one in Atlas regrets this. Yes we got beaten from our home but it took a sh*tload of alliances and a two-front war to do so. I don't care how much we are getting smacked. It's part of the game I guess. We put up a helluva fight in the last few months and we leave the Drone regions with our heads up. So from my point of view I'd like to say thank you to IRC/ED/SDG/XDX and all the former Drone Region alliances. Without you it would have been boring as hell. |

Not sure where you're hinting at but they never backstabbed us in any way. Are you talking about their absence in the recent drone region assaults by you? You and I both know you/SDG/IRC/ED wouldn't have attacked FIX/Atlas space (again) if Smashkill weren't occupied by Goons in their homesystem.
It surprises me how much you like to smack us. Did we really hurt you that bad? |

Coming from a guy that fits 3 WCS and an adaptive nano membrane on his Punisher Don't see you on any killmail either, just 12 losses. How come you talk about people fighting back when you apparently don't even know how to press F1-F2-F3?

Says the 2006 character calling out the 2 month old newbie. Oh wait, the 2 month old newbie is on more killmails in this campaign than you. I guess you should check a killboard that posts losses next time.

Guess what? After checking out Goons killboard I only found 2 more pages of deathmails and no killmails. I didn't call him out because he's a newbie. I called him on his failed attempt to smack Smash for not fighting back while he himself hasn't fired a gun. |

haha Atlas lost.
And Goons were never evicited from NPC 0.0, BoB came in shot towers, then declared victory and left. All the while, Goons enjoyed some of the most peaceful and prosperous times in the JQV constellation than any other time.
No one wanted to screw with BoB, except us, and we came out on top with almost a month of no-pirates coming around.
Anyways, Atlas will fold like many alliances before. They say reformation, they say freedom: but everyone has, and everyone has thus died. |

Found it, apparently I made it all the way to BWF (destination was FDZ)
Captain Sedai: How would a newb and his trusty Punisher go about getting to Geminate? Sell my ship pod there and buy another? ANZAC Goon1: set clone to geminate, try and fly there, die gloriously ANZAC Goon2: on autopilot. Captain Sedai: :woop: ANZAC Goon3: how far did ya get? Captain Sedai: I havn't left yet, but we should start making bets on how far i'll get. ANZAC Goon3: not much more than 4 jumps :) Captain Sedai: Auto-pilot is on and I'm 56 jumps away. I slapped 3 wcs's, not that it will save me if I ever get attacked. Captain Sedai: Had 20 jumps to go, went out to buy pizza, came back and dead :(
[over a month later]
Atlas:lul you fit WCS you lost 12 t1 frigates/pods and I don't see you on any of our lossmails
It helps if you actually post lossmails 10 kills, 4 BS's and 1 pod |

Sad state of affairs, really. The whole "Great War" was to keep 0.0 from consolidating under one power.
Now it's under two. What a vast improvement.

Intresting thread... 6 months ago Atlas was looking for space and with Smashkill took B-7 and now after all this time are losing it to XXdeath and company? Not sure who will claim that space. In all that time I have seen a great many good battles in eve in the bowels of Fountain the battle for Y-2 BOB vs Northern Coaltion and the South where Goonies battled bob in Delve. I think the battle for Gem will become more intresting for those whom say we haven't beeng bringing it.
But I think this is a intresting war the push by Goons into Gem while their allies spring for the drone regions is to say the least intresting tacticly. Since Smashkill/Atlas have been their own coaltion and not totally involved part of the northern coaltion ( although they helped in y-2 and help save Razor space from T$Ts in the past they have kinda have gone it alone in the wars for the Drone regions.
RAGOON atm have the upper hand in Gem but smack this and smack that I'm sure we are all glad to have some massive pvp going on and never count atlas out I'm sure that would be a mistake.
I'm not one for smack and these are my views not my corps or RK's by any means. GL and GF enemies of Roadkill

I'm quoting you guys because nice quotes never get quoted enough. Pieces of flamebait can be reproduced 100 times over 50 pages, but a nice post can just be forgotten.
AFAIK, Atlas's rep with the local pew pew (such as your good selves) has always been as an alliance that is willing to PvP in all conditions, will fight outnumbered, can snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, and...er...snatch defeat from the jaws of victory almost as frequently. We've always had fun, always enjoyed EVE as a game, and have made some very good friends (both in the obvious groups of our friends, and among our most frequent pew pew partners). It just turns out that there is an upper limit to how outnumbered we have to be before we stop suiciding our ships ------

IMHO your approach would have had a much better chance of being convincing if you had additionally quoted a post by your alliance mate (or an ally) that was in the same vein as the ones you did quote. Instead you once again reiterated the same old bobby-isms about yourselves. I think, by now, weÆve heard enough of them. ...
