Last evemail I got said only it's shields were damaged (along with my gun's shields).
I would assume I'd use armor and hull remote repairers (am I correct?) on hull and armor damage, but how do I repair shields?
I need to know how to get my tower out of reinforced status.

If it's NOT reinforced, then yes, you go down with remote reppers and rep it up.
If it's in Reinforced, and has a count down timer going, you'll have to wait till it comes out of reinforced, and THEN rep it up. Problem will be that who ever reinforced it will ALSO know when the timer ends, and they'll most likely come back to blow it up while you are trying to rep it. |

Shield transporter modules, but you have to wait to come out of reinforced first.
However most ships don't give the range bonus you need to actualy reach the tower from outside the POS bubble, like an osprey or a caldari logistics ship, a carrier or etc.

I'm still pretty new at this, is there any advice you can give?
Is there a way to change the timer (take some stront out, put more in).
I do not have access to a capital ship, what do most players do in this situation? |

Cant change stront etc. while in reinforced AFAIK.
You can use the Osprey, or either a Basilisk or Scimitar to remote rep it without carrier support (preferably the latter two, since they can fit large remote reps) |

You can only take stront out or put more in BEFORE it goes into reinforced. The idea is to set the amount of stront after you get attacked, but before it gets put into reinforced. Then set it to come out at a time that's best for you and worst for them.

You can try hiring mercs if it's worth the isk, but other then that it's all on you to defend your own pos.

you cannot make changes to the POS while in reinforced mode, like unanchoring stuff or adding fuel. Once the POS comes out of Reinforced, it will be at 25% shield iirc. You must rep the shield up above 50% iirc and then you can add in more stront, etc.
while the POS is in reinforced, all you can do is wait.
btw, all you will need is remote shield reps. Coming out of reinforced the pos will have no armor or hull damage.
*PS* I maybe off on my percentages, im sure someone will correct me if this is the case.

You cannot adjust the stront once the tower has gone into reinforced. This is why most alliances have some one "Time" the stront before a tower goes into reinforeced. This allows them to have the tower come out of reinforced at a time they desire, to coniside with their normal peak hours.
As soon as your tower comes out of reinforced, the first and only thing you should do is put in stront, which requires you to have the shields upto 51% iirc.
If you or your corp m8's do not have caps, or the firepower to take out the OPFOR, then my only suggestion is to do a little research, and find out who else doesnt like your attackers, as the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Well, in that case, does anyone here not like the corp: War Tactical Groups ?
. . . and can I unanchor my harvesting array, for example, while the pos is in reinforced?

Technically, you can't adjust stront once the shields go past 50%.
And to recharge the shields, you must be outside the bubble. |
