I'm not sure, but the average POS i deploy is over 1.2b if its a non deathstar, and far over 2b if it is. It's cool you can afford a 7b hyperion, but not having ISK spare to fit a POS is just hillarious. Why was that POS important if it was offline? And how was that mini gang capable of killing it if it was not? It obviously didnt have any guns fitted.
