i'm not utterly excited about fw but... if there's a sport that you like, and your team wins... what's the significance ? it's exactly the same in fw... so far anyway

I was with Daniel Jacksons fleet for a good while last night. FW is alot of fun, and while the rest of our forces stayed on the front lines in Tama confusing and baiting the Gallentte fleet with endless easy kills, we slipped deep into gall space and started finding and capping points till wee hours of the night.
When I went to bed last night the map was neon blue for all the cap points we made.
The myth that bunkers are broken should now be closed.

Edited by: Furb Killer on 16/06/2008 20:35:46 Edited by: Furb Killer on 16/06/2008 20:34:21 There was a gallente fleet that could have easily prevented the loss of this system. But it wasnt a priority for the fleet...
Oh btw, random fact: gallente militia just took down a thanatos.
(yeah i was going offline, i heard about carrier, waited a bit to get confirmation, decided to help, and just when i arrived it was destroyed).

None of this means anything if you can't capture Caldari Prime. That is all that matters.

The only thing Caldari Prime being in the hands of Gallente means and shows, is how the Gallente ARE A BUNCH OF BACKSTABBERS AND NOT TO EVER BE TRUSTED.
The Caldari did not want it anyways. :)

The only thing this shows us is what we already knew, caldari PvE better then anyone but can't PvP their way out of a wet paper bag when compared to the gallente
Why would the majority of the gallente pilots even care that a system of theirs was taken? They can't run missions in it anymore? OH NOES! The caldari militia can go and capture all the systems they want, it won't help them any when the gallente are mopping the floor with them in the actual WAR part of factional warfare Please resize image to a maximum of 400 x 120, not exceeding 24000 bytes, ty. im here just to take this chanse and remind everyone that Daniel Jackson killed Wuubaa, the esteemed diplomat from BoB when he fighted against him 1 vs 3 all battleships.
Outnumbered the DJ took Wuubaa screaming to eternal shame.
This, if any, is right man to lead many capable raven farm.. i mean, pilots, and other capable caldari crowd to its bright future!

It has the exact same significance as any other form of success in this game (or any form of success in any other game) has.

... oh.
Actually I meant war in the EVE sense of the word, since, you know, that's sort of the game we're playing
The war is only about capturing space if you're a carebear, for the pvpers (and note that EVE is a pvp game, and the whole point of war in eve is pvp in highsec so :P ) it's all about the kills.
Caldari have like twice the people and half the kills of the gallente, with stats like that the caldari can HAVE all the systems for all I care, gallente are still kickin your butts Please resize image to a maximum of 400 x 120, not exceeding 24000 bytes, ty.
