oh no, its still fresh in the mind. part of the blade is still stuck in the lower vertebrae. i'm still trying to figure out how they managed to stroke and stab at the same time. i guess between our two thoughts, it kind of makes some sense now.
maybe some of the uncensored and uncut bbq pics document this spectacular feat of nature.. i guess we'll never know.

As dumb as six is 99.999% of the time, he is correct about this. It was his bright and shining moment in Eve, as he organized the cov ops, the tackle, and the cyno all from PY (who were a breakoff pvp group from an ISS corp), as well as FC'd the support fleet.
CT was not logged into the game, and was on a different TS than the rest of us (maybe with the LV cap fleet?). The "ISS history" that has been written of it is pretty much just CT sucking himself off, and has little to do with the actual events.
(I'm only posting here because someone asked me to, not because I care in any way shape or form)
Also, Bitter Dog sucks.

to be fair, wouldn't any leader in that situation want to take some credit? especially since several of our members were involved and we were losing our system to outnumbered odds of several alliances while the future caretakers of the system smacked from behind their pos shields. it was more an issue of boosting morale than to take primary credit for it.
and it worked. while many sheeple were packing their stuff and making plans to join kos, iac and the like, several of us held out like troopers until the very very end. we didn't make it easy for kos (with help) to finish us off there at all.

That's an awfully generous estimate. There's at least 30 more significant digits in that figure, all of which are 9's. |

Gief hugs!
I picked up an officer smartie from that kill. Being a damn fool I put it on Count T's carrier (his alt anyway) and never saw it again :(
I believe at that time ISSN command had already emoragequit because I remember most of the defensive fleets being lead by that guy from Praxis, although we kept getting hot dropped by -A- motherships, which we couldn't do much about other than shoot a few fighters.
Was fun though, in a sort of 'make the best of a losing battle' kinda way.

Sorry, sol - it definitely didn't happen. I don't remember ISSN killing a capital in EC-P8R at any point, though I know we lost some to Triumvirate later in the year in that system.
I was there at the first mothership kill (Helen's), though I was as desynched as the victim was and didn't actually see it nor manage to lock it.
Butter - ask Prefect Six what he did to get let into BOB.

Thanks, but no need to apologise, I wasn't the one looking to get credit for a Mom kill :-)
I'm tempted to get this thread locked now as I think its run its course and lots of unintended derails going on. Although it is kinda ironic how the neutral (yeah I know, please lets not go there!) ISS still seems to /edit spark so much debate /edit.
Nice to see so many familiar faces again though

I've created a killboard for my friends to use which is independant of the corps we are/have been in (as over the years we've all been in several corps and a few alliances) so we all have a central place to track our losses/kills. I'm just trying to backtrack and get it as accurate as possible (difficult since the original ISS one was members only and doesn't exist anymore, but a good example of why we wanted to create this killboard).
One of my friends seemed to remember participating in an Aeon kill in EC while we were in ISS, that he saw an Aeon in EC is not in doubt as I have the screen shots, the issue is/was if the Aeon was subsequently destroyed. It would appear he was incorrect.
I don't see why it's important to get the killmails, could you explain why it's worth it?

I endulged you once but I don't see this going anywhere constructive now so I'll pass thanks.....
...but if you are thinking I or my friends are killmail junkies I can assure you nothing could be further from the truth (while not even close to complete, Battleclinic should give you a feel for my 'success' rate if you really need something to flame me over)
