Here goes yet another summery for your favorite smack tards, I would like to say this was an official contract but in reality it was an exercise to test the capability of the new recruits.
Our initial plans were to play in P3 but the locals quickly faded back to their rat dens which left us unfulfilled. So the decision was made to move the group to Hydras home system.
Initially Hydra put up some great fights even though they seemed to like fighting with the security blanket of being able to dock. They tried spider tanking and failed, they tried interceptor gangs and failed, they tried blobbing and failed, they tried "avoiding us like the plague" and failed.
Over all they seem to be a shadow of their former selves, while they were never capable opponents at least in the past they would do whatever it took to get the message accross. In the end all they did was just do their best at pretending we didn't hold their alliances biggest system hostage for about a week.
What we learned from our week and 2 days in Hydra space.
AndyJ belongs no where near a battleship, or a POS :D.
Evil Pookie is a grumpy fart(wait we knew that already). Plays too much WoW, and likes to loose ships to obvious mistakes.
Reaver has a sleeping disorder
Angor is a far better battleship pilot than tackler
Sha'blach only has recon level 4 and can almost perma jam anything(wtf).
And last but not least Sophistacated is a douche, and soon to be a BoB member.

While it is true we do have spy's in your alliance, unfortunately the only real benefit from it is entertainment value. We knew what you were going to do before you did it anyways(scouts 4tw). And unfortunately for our listening pleasure our spy was never around during their very active time, which meant that we missed a lot of the juicy TS ****.
But if you have to convince yourself that the reason we can do what we do because of our spies then I guess roll with it.

How would you counter you own tactics? We had a lot of debate about this on our forums which I'm sure you spy found amusing 
(For those that don't know, couple of really fast 10k Hyenas, 4-5k Rapier and a Interdictor cloaked near Gate,Jump Bridge or Station. 3-4 Ravens cloaked Further out all getting bonus' from a Very Fast Claymore. Numerous Scouts scattered around local and neighbouring system. Only ever uncloaking when you believe you have an Alpha Strike kill
Edit: Sorry Forgot the Falcons that Decloak to break any locks it you get into trouble to allow you to warp off or cloak)

Same as with any cloakers.

Fine folks isk anyone that is popped by them in a non organized pvp situation. They lose a 100mil isk ship+fittings then they owe the alliance 100mil isk. There isn't much of a reason to get popped with intel etc.
Organize gangs etc to undock and use the station/jump bridges. Teamwork. Otherwise a bunch of individuals has no hope. You're fighting an opponent that strives to take as few risks as possible. If you form a gang that can kill them then why would they even uncloak.
They should be forced to engage when you're organized. When they do engage they'll only do so when they feel safe or feel they can pop the bait (ie a freighter). And if they feel threated expect a voice coms spy. Normal voice coms security. Some say lock down voice coms. Others to let the spy in but keep them distracted (so you can get other things done).
They shouldn't get silly kills. Until then there isn't any reason for them to leave or fight.

Yep. No one likes it. Not popular. Will likely never happen. Yet I'll still tilt at that windmill.
Gotta find a better method of behaviour modification.

Congrats, I think. The fact that you lost some ships when only uncloaking on your own terms to fight is kind of hilarious IMO.

Burn eden softened up bruce for PL/CI and Goons black ops which the current fountain residents take for granted.
My time with burn eden when they camped bruce and 9v was interesting. They hit bruce at their all time high, before any of the other hostiles moved in. They mostly killed people that didn't pay attention to local/intel channels. Smash guy had the right idea and most of the pilots that knew wtf they were doing in bruce would deny them kills, avoid the camped areas, and go about business as usual.
There was one engagement that stands out to me, where our FC had a large gang of mk3 BS and assorted tackle around a gate. Well the FC waited around too long and BE engaged way outnumbed from range and made our FC at that time just kinda freeze after friendlies started sploding. Anyway engagement went bad, we lost that one saved a few BS by jumping gate but point is BE engage when they choose, that's the advantage of their tactics, just like recons ships.
That claymore is sick too...

You leave me out of this. Oh and to Hydra you'll have to "dismantle my Raven to see how it works" another time. To Pure and SOV thank you for the great fights, you engaged on equal terms and I think you just didnt expect the CNR uncloaked 40km off the gate and what it does 8). Poor nano ships . To Hydra, you fought very well in the beginning before loosing heart. Will miss the area but it was a good place for me to come back after my absense.

The smack talk Burn Eden does in game really shows that some of their members self esteem is tied to this game. I enjoy winning but it is just pixels. Instead of playing 12 hrs straight try playing for only a few hrs and go outside. Apply yourself in anything that is not a fantasy computer game.
What is worse is the players who get upset from BE smacking and try to lash out in local. Your getting upset over an internet spaceship game If BE wins EVE does it really matter? Getting upset is just silly.

As for the smack.... angry targets are stupid targets and if I have to explain that to you then visit me in Eve anytime! 8)

I tried going outside yesterday, but it was 120 F outside. So I called my employees and told them what to do and watched them on the live feed to make sure it was done. Sorry, next time I will make sure to take your advice and live my life.
PS. Your smacking us in our thread, perhaps you should take your own advice? Not to mention the fact that you dont even have the gonnads to do it on a main, and we are the ones who take this game seriously.

We do you care so much what I think that you had to list your work day to me as proof? Well done as always BE, always was a real challenge when I fought against you.
As for the guy who asked how you beat them, it's really not that hard. Pre-make bouncepoints (They use 160 and 205 BMs, so if you get a few cardinal points, you're golden) and nuke their tackle. Then sit there and wait for them to run for more tackle. You can damp out their ravens fairly effectively too. Just don't run at them and expect not to end up exploded and frustrated. As for BE being smacktards, pop into local (do it in something without a cloak) and have a chat with them, I FC'd against them while in BRUCE (truly a frustrating endeavor) but they're actually fun lads. Keep it up as always.

You spies in Bruce didn't give you the chatlogs where Bruce pilots said BE are no problem since they keep to the same system, but Goons blackops were everywhere and the real problem?

1) Hydra are a joke. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT. This is not an acomlishment, i highly doubt this was a legit contract. (and so does everyone else, but if u need to tell yourself that to sleep at night then props to you for wasting hydra)
2) You dont fight. You cloak. How many pos's did u touch? did they ever really risk loosing space? I think everyone thinks so little of you guys anyway this post was the cherry on the ****** cake! When u loose the cloaks and arent afraid to loose a ship then ill give ya props... till then.

Evil Pookie is a grumpy fart(wait we knew that already). Plays too much WoW, and likes to loose ships to obvious mistakes.
Reaver has a sleeping disorder
Angor is a far better battleship pilot than tackler
Sha'blach only has recon level 4 and can almost perma jam anything(wtf).
And last but not least Sophistacated is a douche, and soon to be a BoB member.

Yeah, hard to have great fights when the enemy does nothing but hide and snipe. Nano****s with lots of isk and nothing better to do but sit around cloaked waiting for a guaranteed kill. Go back to Counter-Strike and camp spawnpoints, that's apparently where you learned how to play.

Unfortunately for us HED was at a very slow time for us, I was busy with work, Evil was busy with hip tosses, Reaver was sleeping the whole time, and Wild was busy getting his account hacked. So it left all the new guys doing all the wrong things in a system that lacked any serious targets for than a few times a day.

were you including blue losses in those stats? I know you record your alts dictors/etc, but being blue to D00M and having them operating in the area is a bit misleading.

But then the cloaks were put on everyship and post the nano/nos nerf people lost all respect for them cos they lost their balls and were afraid to loose isk. At least when KIA/DAISHO were smashing hydra they were taking down pos's and threatening space to the point where the rest of the north had to step in before they were totally wiped out.

Regarding cloaks: that was put on to somewhat counter fighters following you into warp, and the way scanning for ships was changed. Now it`s drop probe, wait 30 sec, result pops up, engage blobwarp. Before it actually took some skills to get a point on someone.
Not sure what you meaning with the nos/nano nerf, as nano tacklers are something that we have been forced to use lately cause of the changes in gameplay.

You obviously have never read the exploits of Ephemeron here on COAD. My hero, or "The one man army" as he is known, continues to fight the evil BOB deep in enemy territory. Ephemeron is the true king of "do more with less in hostile space" stuff.

These sorts of results used to be impressive but I dont think that there is anyone outside of a few very new players dazzled by the stats that finds anything even vaguely impressive about this kind of no risk warfare.

We enjoyed our time in Hydra space, obviously a little different to yours cos of our fleet size, capitals and pos warfare etc, but in all fairnes to Hydra, they did bring it fairly often if a little more incompetent than they should be.

This no-risk argument that keeps getting thrown around actually makes me laugh.
So what exactly is classed as risk? going in to hostile space, and in some cases, shutting a system down with a 5-10 man squad? Cos engaging sometimes 10x your numbers seems pretty risky to me. What about sending single hyenas or dictors right into enemy fleets as only tackle, has no risk?
Or is risk only measured by the 50vs50 slugfest and the russian rulet of surviving those types of engagments.
I would agree we try to reduce our risk so we can engage greater numbers but its still risky. Its their space, their sov, their station, their pos's, their jump bridges, their system scanners, their bookmarks and safespots, their resources and reinforcments right in system or close by. How can we have NO risk?

Bring back "old school" scanning and either have timer on how long fighters follow or take that gamemechanics away and i will happily loose my cloak to get better lockingtime.

Only two reasons I can think of as to why that happened.
One- My ship is not meant for low-sec fighting on gates, however if you were red then you would probably be dead.
TWO - and most likely, I was in a hurry to get somewhere. I am often several jumps from my corp mates and they propbably had a fight I was trying to get to, and delay is unacceptable in this situation and Thus the warp trick.
But meh, I was probably scared and just running from you anyways... Dont you know how scary you are!

Though 5 BS losses, Kick must be getting soft.
It wasn't that long ago that if you lost a ship your ears bled with the tirade of abuse on TS.
