I am on virgin in the west Scotland and have no trouble at all, however my friend lives 20 minutes away in a car and he can't connect to tranq. Just thought IĘd let you all know.

What annoys me most is that when you petition a 'Logging in' problem, they send an auto responder message and then ignore you. That's big-a-bad-a-bad!

They should respond in person and fix the issue!

Virgin Media in Scotland here and I could connect for a while around 9am this morning although I had trouble at first. No joy since just before DT for me now.

It seems to be the same telecity hop causing trouble for everyone, but in one of those threads someone quotes telecity as saying their BGP stuff is all fine and CCP are denying the connections.
The worst thing is, now I have no alternative but to do some work!

Just got off phone with vigin media.
They have did a traceroute from their main servers, it went through tiscali then a few others until it hit the CCP IPS provider servers, and then it times out.
Basically this means, as i understand it, the problem has absolutely nothing to do with Virgin, as from their end, everything is working fine, and it means the problem is with CCP's IPS or indeed CCP itself blocking the connections..
I have asked for logs to be emailed to me from virgin, when they arrive I will post them for you all to add to your petitions.

was fine last night and now kaput. virgin media se london. but, its not just eve im having issues with, certain sites arnt working, one minute paypal is, then its not, then argos, then any https etc

im on Virgin MEdia my internet connection seems too be fine atm as i can connect too all other websites ive tried.

Been able to log into game no problem all day, except had no new items on character selection page
and could access www.eve-online.com but had no access to http://myeve.eve-online.com
Filed a petition and seconds later had myeve.eve-online access.

I was just on the phone to Ahmed the Virgin Media support person who was insisting the problem must be "internet security software" on my PC and I must turn it off, despite my trying to convince him it's not a prob. on my PC(s) as many are reporting the issue today, when miraculously, I was able to log in to TQ.
Now poor Ahmed will be convinced it was all down to "internet security software". Ignorance is bliss. Oh well, off to play some ....
