Unfortunately the original post is at the character limit. I simply don't know what portion of it I should sacrifice to fit this in:

If i had 330 billion isk i didnt want I would hire a load of merc corps to compleatly decimate ppl I didnt like, no expence spared. Would it be enough to take out the goons? Probly not but it sure would be so much fun.

Heh heh...you can use some of it on a campaign for "None of the Above" for the next CSM election.

To be perfectly honest, I do not really need your isk. I personally doubt you are going to do anything other than to troll or make a list of "eager beavers" who are happy enter a contest, possibly for future social engineering scams or a list of people for giggles. But then again, I know people who have passed out hundred bil+ after feeling burnt out so that is a possibility, but for each genuine, there is at least a hundred trolls .
Anyhow, if you really are burnt out and are giving it away, just keep your isk in your account. Seriously, just keep it and come back a year from now when you decide to come up with a new path, since people in the 300bil+(if this exists) to throw can create serious waves in the eve universe. Be it economically or militaraly, you will need your isk for the future, not to give to some random.

Well, it's always a sad thing when an eve player leaves, but I agree with your decision to call it quits. Either way, congrats on doing a great job at scamming people It is fun as hell to be a little bad sometimes 
If you are adding people who post here to the list, I would love to be on it as well. But I don't want an enormous amount of money/items. 100 mil max, otherwise I would feel like I was getting isk too easily
