I can log into my account on friends computer but suddenly can't on my own. Even tried uninstalling/reinstalling eve couple of times!

Still no luck here either. Has anyone petitioned CCP about it? And if so what did they reply?

I'm also on hornet as well in Manchester halls of residence. However my friend can log on in Sackville street building so it must be more precise then just the manchester network. I haven't moved room or anything new. Last time i logged on was last tue i think. |

You should see some garbled text ending at "LIVE@ccp".
This will tell us if there is an issue with the port that EVE uses, from your computer.

See here for how to set it up.
Already tried that. Had no effect on my login

Edited by: Crystalizee on 02/07/2008 13:41:09 Wow really? Can't wait to finish work today to test out whether I can...
Perhaps when ambulation comes in we should all meet up for a celebratory drink in station?
Lol
Or maybe (shock, horror) meet up in RL

Originally by: Goatface Man Well, it works fine now. So the only question remaining is why did it stop in the first place? Hornet don't seem to have done anything, I've just had to tell them not to bother visiting me tomorrow.
Ah you must be the other person the hornet guy (Chris) was talking about. I assumed that you had solved it togther (?) So if it wasn't CCP and it wasn't hornet then what was the prob and how can we be sure that it won't come back...
For the record I'm now back online too
