As far as I know CCP doesn't use any scanning software to look for running processes, so anything that isn't hacking the client you can use without anyone noticing...

It's a player created problem, sure, but CCP should be doing more about it, it's only getting worse. Of course, the apologists will continue to place responsibility for fixing it to everyone but CCP

You should try Rens. It may be a tad more expensive but no where close to the crazy lag. It is how you say... The diet version of Jita as far as lag goes.

Well since the few patchs I haven't heard much about Jita lagging or troubles for awhile..So I figure **** it time to grab a black bird. Well... :S Here is sit 45 minutes later trying to load the system and dropping to log in screen.Why... in god's beautiful green and dark nothingness in space... did i have to go to jita at this moment with skill finishing in 20 minutes... Fighting for peace is like f00king for virginity... makes no sense.

Either the lag is getting better (could be the system's handling more people OR a lot of people got smarter and stopped going there unless absolutely necessary) or the poor Jita dwellers got used to heavy lag and only complain when it nearly freezes. CCP, can you give us a minimum increase on overbidding based on a percentage of what the current highest buy price is? I'm actually a trader decent enough to give someone 35-50% of the regional worth of an item, which is 34-49% more than anyone else, and then douches like that come in and .01 up me simply because I'm cutting them out of their 99% below regional buyout, and they're doing it as much to screw with me as to get it at the next 99% lowest price that is above mine. helps me keep track of my bids though, I can at least say that, but then it creates busy work for me having to go back to the station to change my bid to outbid them. Bidding wars are fine, but its the point that they cut you out of what you are trying to do with a simple .01 isk bump. these tards.. They are not tards, they are just better at market PVP (Market-Fu) than you are and devote more time and effor into it.. There is nothing to fix, you just have to be paying attention and learn how to compete or spend as much time as they do at it..
