I distinctly remember losing a Dominix to a 50-man Caldari gang in Gallente highsec during the first week of factional warfare. All of a sudden, your tactics become used against you and you cry nerf? I thought you were supposed to be fighting this war in space, not crying whenever someone comes up with an upper hand or steals your own.
You have thousands of pilots. Stop crying because we actually learned something from you all or do something about it. Remember, this is how you earn the reputation of being a bunch of weak crybabies. Learn to fight or quit. ---- WTB Armor Nerf Hardener II, 10^100 isk OBO |

Here's a thought, make their "Attack/exploit" worthless by leaving system and beating up THEIR side. seriously. The faction navy is dealing with them, so thats free help for YOU. This would be the time for the classic move called a "counterattack".

This is closer to the truth than some might realize; I first began developing the technique after observing the Caldari in Villore.

The weird thing is I didn't see any navy ships sitting by them, shooting at them, despite the fact that they stayed on the station for a rather long period of time (not warpin/attack/warpout). I think CCP intended faction navies to spawn for each individual hostile ship, and do DPS/web against them. When this doesn't happen, I would think CCP would change it in the next patch :)
Also the caldari fleet in Villore was hit and run. We never stayed in one location to camp. The gallentes in Jita did.

It's aready was written many times how they do it - there are just 10 navy spawns per system, they trick the all these rats into chasing a single nanoship or attacking a passive tank with neutral logistics helping him. Everyone else is free to camp whatever they want with no navy attacks. And this is considered as not exploit by CCP. Well, not the first stupid thing to see from CCP.

my current theory which fits my observations:
three ships enter niarja: cerb, hugnin, and ishtar.
cerb and hugnin deploy a warrior II and command it to follow the ishtar.
ishtar mwd's off causing 12 navy ships to chase it.
cerb and hugnin camp gate.
cerb and hugnin roast my executioner
confirm/deny please. ----------- |

Using a neutral logistic = exploiting. if they arent in FW, then they cant be fired on by the navy. Yes this is an exploit. its kind of duh. all those involved need heavy banning.
The nanoship one is debatable, but suffice to say when nanos are nerfed, this will be over with.

What part of the devs saying "Working as intended" and "Not an exploit" do you not understand?
