I came back for the 14 days before my debit card comes an nobody in my corp has not logged in for more thenn a month. Is there any thing I can do to become ceoor any way to get any roles?

Only if you have shares, you might try it through a vote for CEO.
Otherwise you will have to abandon the corp.

You can file a petition and ask the GM about what you might be able to do.
For example, if your CEO is permabanned, you might have some ground on which to stand.
If a shareholder is permabanned, you might ask to have the shares returned to the corporation for redistribution. Then, if you're a director, you can take the shares and create a vote.
If they're not permabanned, then there's probably nothing you can do.
