Silly theory. Darth and Jotram have indeed been on the same voicecomm many times, even had short discussions in the main ops channels. Someone else should be able to verify this easily, Jotram has a very calm, smooth voice with clear english accent which is very different compared to Darth.
Jotram didn't talk that often during ops but he made short (usually useful) inputs occasionally. He did FC a couple of ops too. Anyways I used to think I knew him well but didn't see him betraying our corp, alliance and myself like that.

And last I checked Darth had stepped down from leadership about a month before Insurg disbanded. It was c4 that made the dcision to disband it.
