Nothing clever, nothing subtle .. the only thing this measures is how many people they can get online under their FCs. And given the efforts they have made to recruit 'all the best PvPrs in EVE' consigning them to a blob like that wastes any skill they have. If BOB are looking for fun and fights, I just don't get how copying Goons style blob tactics gets them there. If they REALLY want fights, they will break BOB down into multiple alliances and actually create a challenge for themselves rather than just a challenge for CCP's server hardware.

You conveniantly forget to mention that MC's attack on the North was supported by a considerable group of GBC Alliances. It wasn't MC on their own up there at all. They had thousands helping them out in support fleets and joint cap operations. MC whoring their moms and titans before everyone got their own was just the icing on the cake. MC's solo achievements can be summed up as: - Defeating PVP powerhouse 'The Big Blue'
