It is with regret that after my attempts at a diplomatic resolution I have heard no response from PA.
The deadline of Downtime Saturday 22nd May has passed and no communication has been recieved, A state of war now exists between LMM and PA
We will also be breaking off relations with Revolution and FU and removing them from our diplomatic channels, I cannot help but feel they have been using us as a pawn to gain credability for an attack on PA.
LMM does not consider this the action of allies and as such withdraw our application to join FU.

Attacks on a NAST member is an attack on all NAST members. I would recommend that you lodge your complaints with PA on their forums, if you have not done so. Get it sorted before a freakin big hammer falls on you.

Yes I would strongly suggest a written complaint be made on the PA forums AT www.newvenal.org
PA is a member of NAST and any attack on us will bring a response from NAST.

Because he is saying they will attack all PA corps, thus the PA itself, which means NAST would apply i believe..
How he thinks his little corp can wage war against all pa corps i dont know.. But will be fun to see...
What his problem is I dont know, as only a few days ago he podded and pod killed an unarmed hauler in Venal...
BTW these are my views and i do not speak for the PA in anyway.

I seem to recall 1 corp wiping the floor with PA.
So do not over look a single corp, granted it's a hell of a thing to do, but it has been done by corps on alliances including the pa.

Wiping the floor might be stretching it quite alot, they made some damage and took some too.
Evolution isn't just your run in the mill corporation, they are very good, very organized and attacked PA just after it's forming when PA was getting started, so to speak.
A attack on Venal today by evol or any single corporation would be quite a different story, believe you me.
Oh, where can we find LMM corp? or are you coming to Venal to kill us??

admitedly my opinion of what on there is not first hand nor is it probably accurate. Fact remains that it was one corporation and that it caused you trouble. So i was merley pointing out not to act too confident by the fact that it's merley one corp declaring war on you.
Anyways point noted and i'll move on, let me ask... what's this NAST lark? Been away for 3 weeks :).

NAST stands for Northern Alliance Security Treaty. It combines all the alliances in the northern part of Eve, among other things

I can't fail to notice he just did a wardeclare upon your alliance due to not responding to his request to solve this problem diplomatic, so now it should be YOU who would contact him instead of pointing him into a bureaucratic windmill. He expressed that he made several attempts to solve this problem adequate, however you guys did not and therefor he makes an official warattempt. If you so much care to prevent an war i would suggest YOU to contact him to solve it, instead of pointing him into another dead bush he allready walked into.

DREAMWORKS the PA has on many previous occasions stated that talking to random members of the alliance does not constitute a formal complaint.
The PA has also more than adequately advertised its forums and explained the procedure for lodging complaints.
To expect an entire alliance consisting of many corps to act on a complainat within microseconds or to think that a single corp can put deadlines to the PA is not within reason. We have dealt with complaints before and yes t takes time but we deal with it.
LMM did not complain on our official forums and noone has ever heard of their deadline. So as far as we are concerned no such complaint exists and any aggressive action against any of our members will be met with similarly deadly force. Let ther be no doubt on that.

Trinity is still the better brand, NAST is just a poor NATO rip.
Bad move there, you should have declared war on the specific corporation you had a problem with and stuck it to them, hoping they'd lose their cool, did they ever have one and in doing so making the rest of the NAST see them in a different light.
Vague and sweeping I forsee nothing good coming from this.

NAST, C4/CA... so many alliances and treaty's being formed these days that soon it will just be empire space and.. PLAYER-RUN EMPIRE SPACE! 
Hopefully greed and boredom (mankinds 2 greatest qualities) will break some of the bigger alliances up.. 'no go zones' and warzones are just more fun, than all out peace.
A good example of that would be Stain.So much more lively and joyfull now that SA have moved to Yulai, or Lineage2, or joined CA or where ever they went.

Well I am not speaking for FU, but i am speaking for Rev0l. If LMM is going to war with PA i guess then Rev0l is. I will stand beside my brothers and denounce my membership in FU.
If PA does not want this, then they will contact me and I will chat with them, if NOT it is LMM/Rev0l Vs PA war, and we will not stop.
I do not like the decision but by the ways you have treated CPT pug, i Feel PA are total asshats and should be dealt with.

Well if i recall, it was PA that ganked someone in my corp. I joined FU to cease fire. But at same time, PA have not treated us with respect. SO if this is the feelings of PA, since i said i was not speaking on Behalf of FU, Then so be it. I just want to kill, and so happens PA or CDI are the top of the list.

now for the sake of argument lets say rev0l are being treated like dirt, this doesnt make a change to the way they have been treated in the past in my eyes, but im sure theyve had enough of it.
from the pa point of view this could drag a whole NAST vs NFA thing out (unless there is a war and im mistaken) but it doesnt justify you engaging them in 0.0 free space unless they were pirating and suddenly fall under he nast protectorate rules, although this was brought up by cdi who admittedly may i add acted wrongly in what they did.

Well when they were just chillin in Tribute like we were. They had docking rights. Now no docking rihgts. HMMM. Take docking rights away when they have stuff there, might make a man shoot. The first time i heard about LMM was when cpt. pugwash came to venal and ganked some PA ships, you call it respect ? Well, since no one seems interested in giving me an un-biased recollection of what has transpired so far (in chronological order), I will try to piece it together from bits of information that has filtered to me. IF I AM WRONG, please calmly point out the error, and eventualy a solution will be found.
Revol leaves the FA->
Revol pilot "Kakalot" pirates 200mil in minerals from PA corp "20th Legion" from deep inside Venal->

LMM splits from Revol and attempt to use the NAST refine station in D7-ZAC, but cant dock->
LMM trys to contact the PA to get docking rights via local chat but gets no response->
LMM is frustrated with no response, so it gives PA an ultimatum via local chat "access or war" and decides that killing a few ships in Venal will get our attention->
LMM untimatum is not met (or heard) so a formal declaration is declared on the entire PA.
This what I see as having happened. I could be wrong because I have not been involved with these issues until very recently.
T-Bone, if you really want to resolve this, please bring all written communication to the NAST forum here. That way, we can discuss matters in private without destructive comments from those without knowlege or investment in these particular issues.

LMM Left Revol within 12 hours in protest of the Piracy committed by Kakalot
LMM used the D7 station whilst it was controlled first by RKK and then LOD, Including defending the Station against Paladins of the Red Skull.
2 PA corps set Standings with LMM to -10 one of which later takes the D7 station Leaving LMM with ships and items they cannot access.
PA decieve Revol into going pirate hunting with them, gang Remo Williams, warp to him and destroy his ship.

Besides all that, I really don't see how stating facts is trolling. CA does benefit when enemy's are fighting each other. Ever read any sort of battle strategies?

For info hehe one corp being around 200 + members is way different then Pug's corp. they are based near or around Obe. dude I really hope you are knowing what you are doing. the PA has some of the most feared combat professionals in the game and the audacity of choosing to fire first and ask questions later with us is very short sighted. It was you all that started the ganking in our home area and knowing it is off limits towards corps like yours and still you invade our area and hunt our ships. The other day I know we podded ya after you tried to get away sorry shouldn't have been up here.
