My question is for what does i pay money ? when i cant play ?
I was on my way to an other Agent for my mission through Jita and what happend ? Games kick me out !! ill try to relogg and whats now i cant loggin any more. The Game is loading and loading and loading but nothing happens. This for CCP change this f* s* . This problem is now many Years old. And what have u done ? nothing and nothing and nothing. I think its time that u change somethings here. At the Year of 2005 at the beginning of World of Warcraft man they got better technicans that u never have anyone. And now there play over 9 million players and they never had any problem sowhat u with 30 thousend have. U Cant say sorry anymore u had enough time. Im really ****ed of every day every weekend every time the same shit and this so long now i dont find the right words for this incompentence.

your options
1)Fill a stuck petition ,you can do it from web page at left support -->my petitions
2)be patient and wait while entering game ,it may take long time if this doesnot work go back to 1

understand Selinas frustration. specially when u file a petition & get told via response not to go to Jita. WTF that about?? Jita is MArket hub for whole Caldari state & therefore a major game resource. Why oh why cant CCP resolve this issue? not like its new or owt =)

Dont go near Jita at the weekends or peak times.
It's simple.
Don't go there, and you have nothing to complain about. There are other places nearby that will sell at near enough the same price.
Also, World of Warcrack isnt one giant universe. There are a lot of different realms. Imagine stormwind or ironforge, but with all the realms combined.
You'd have the same problem there.
Stay out of Jita, and can I have your stuff?

The reason they can't solve it is simple. They boost capacity and instantly, more people fill it again. Until Jita can hold the entire population of EVE, which would be a technological marvel, then this problem will always exist.

Don't worry man - in EVE decrepitude it's normal. And remember, watch for your language because blind fanboys are worse than CCP. So keep smiling, everything is perfect, and first most important thing we need it's lovely ambulation.
ps. I'm stuck in Jita until yesterday evening and I'm really happy because my subscription soon expire.

Dude ive had the same problem, been locked out of Jita for 3 and a half hours. But WOW has what, like 60 servers? EVE has 1. And in its one it has all the systems and starbases and everything. Do you know how many people make system jumps every second? hundreds if not thousands. The fact that you can be anywhere in EVE and run in to someone you know is alot better than having to start a new character cause your friend is on a different server. Give the guys at CCP a break. This game is somewhat revolutionary and with new stuff comes a few problems. So you have to take a little break. Take the time to do a little exercise or w/e it is you do.

Why oh why did you need to go there in the first place?
Every player that goes to Jita is part of the problem. I know that it's human instinct that encourages us to congregate in large blobs but it isn't an insurmountable compulsion. Next time you feel like going there just ask yourself - is there another way?
I buy from Jita but I generally rely on player contracts. An item exchange with a 5 to 10% reward normally gets things delivered within the hour to anywhere within four or five jumps of Jita.

How to Fail in Business 101: Expect your customers to accommodate your desires rather than accommodating your customers' desires. If everyone decided they want to sit in Jita then that becomes the game. CCP should make whatever investments in hardware and coding that is necessary to make Jita and all other aspects of the game run smoothly. If CCP management does not understand this basic fundamental to running a business, new management needs to be brought in. The idea that customers should bend to the product is eventual business fail every time - it's the difference between say Apple and every other company whose name you can't remember because they failed after delivering a product with great functionality but then refused to make usability a priority. The customer is always right. |

World of Warcraft is a lot more graphically intense than EVE, this is one reason that there are so many World of Warcraft servers. What Blizzard did in the early years of WoW was to reduce the importance of Ironforge and Orgrimmar. They added auction houses and battle masters to all of the major cities.
When the Outland expansion came out, they didn't add an auction house to Shattrath City. I am speculating one reason for this was to make sure there wasn't too many people in that area at the same time. New patches with new content have sent people to other areas that were mostly underpopulated.
Also, WoW will disconnect you if you are idle for too long.
Of course the two games are quite different. But Blizzard did figure out how to spread out their realm populations. EVE can do the same, if they want to, I am guessing they would prefer to say 'working as intended' and leave it as it is.
