I have a question about R&D agents.
Do you have to have all the skills to use an R&D agent, for example: If they have two research fields, Quantam physics and plasma phsics. Do i need both skills to start any research or if i only train one of them will i only get RP for that field?

You can only research 1 field per research agent and only need the skill for your chosen field.
Agent will onlt sell datacores for the field being researched.

RP per day for an area of research is
[(agent skill in area + your skill in area)^2 x (1 + effective quality/100)] x area RP bonus
lvl 3 agent, 2 in skill 0 quality = 25 rp/day
lvl 4 agent, 4 in skill 0 quality = 64 rp/day
lvl 4 agent, 5 in skill 0 quality = 81 rp/day

As answered above, you only need the skill required for the field you wish to have researched.
-BUT-
From experience, datacore demand shifts from time to time. I would suggest that you do not put all your eggs into one basket and have the skill to research atleast three fields.
This way, you can change things up a bit if needed. One thing to point out though, if you switch fields or agent, all of your points are lost. So, be sure to grab the datacores before you ever change your agent or field being researched.

will you lose your Rearch Points with the skill Scientific Networking (the one that allows you to use more than one R&D agent?)

You only lose RP when you cancel research with an agent (either to allocate the agent to a different field, or to move to another agent), all scientific networking allows is for you to have multiple R&D agents active at the same time (you can't have one agent researching multiple fields.)

Scientific Networking has nothing to do with R&D Research...
The skill your thinking of is "Research Project Management" which allows you to use 1 extra research agent per level.
So at level 5 you can have 6 R&D agents researching upto 6 different fields.
P.S Scientific Networking is used in remotely researching blueprints.
