Lubimchik	Posted - 2008.07.18 18:56:00 - [1] Heh, so has anyone noticed the sudden uprising in merc corps all of a sudden? Its like people decided "Hey, pirating is so last year.. lets become mercs!" Blah, so now instead of pvping with ransoming in mind these guys cut the crap and get paid up front. Maybe better business practises? Maybe pirating is the first step to becominga merc? Blah, I wonder when carebearing will be kewl, or mining... yeah.. I cant wait to see people going "lolz, Im so kewl im a miner yeahzzz11!!1!1!!" Blah Flame on!

If gatecampers have no pvp skills and merely gank shuttles all day long then why did you drop a carrier on our gatecamp earlier? I mean, we're already flashy red with sentry fire on us. Not to mention we couldn't jump through that particular gate as it was high sec. You already have the advantage from the get go. Surely with your elite pvp skills you could have annihilated us all quickly. But, instead of duking it out and having a nice session of pvp, you hotdrop. Maybe your definition of "real" pvp is whatever happens to be convenient to you at the time and anything anyone else does is inferior? I'm not complaining about the hotdrop, just saying you're a hypocrite is all. Tbh I have no problem in using whatever means is at your disposal to dispatch a target, but then I'm not preaching about what "real" pvp is and pretending to be something I'm not. You do the same thing everyone else in this game does...bring what you can to the table. Pretending that you don't is just being delusional.

I think I remind someone from your corp bragging about scouting all systems 3 jumps around for BS gangs possibly headed your way.
