First of all he had dampners on not ecm and secondly it was a mega that destroyed his scorp. Quote: "Sir a megathron class battleship just appeared on our rear. He was right as well, the Scorpion class ship was only equiped for fleet engagement, it had the ability to dampen the megathrons sensors but the fact that the distance between the vessels was so low, that it didn't need sensors to hit it kinda nullfied Hatepeace's advantage. We (CA) was allowed to mine and npc hunt in groups of 5 or less battleships. In exchange, you got to use OUR refineries. That is being in OUR space, is it not? Sure i wasn't around when the nap was made you won't see me telling lies here, I even agree you where allowed to mine and hunt in immensea (with prior convo as stated in the nap because we wouldn't want you to stumble on SA remember?). in exchange we could refine in an certain system in your space and i guess that worked i have no knowledge about because i wasn't around as you correctly stated. What i fail to see is, why you seem to think that hunting in immensea in the same as traveling all the way from nothern SA space through Xif Space to CA space with an single ship without warning or permission from XIF. Guards don't fly around with NAP text with them, so there standing orders are to prevent any ship travel to SA from CA area and the same around. As for credibility i am elected as XIF diplomat and as such has direct access to all agreed NAP's and the exact statements on it. word by word. Heck my little copy and paste of the first sentence of point 11 of the NAP should be enough unless you haven't got the text yourself. In which case with all due respect of whatever you think the NAP was, you can't urgue here not being rude but it's difficult to claim you are right when you don't have the text.

Now don't you think it would be appropriate to INFORM us of a change in this, or even more so, DISCUSS A NEW NAP. No clearly not.
