Jesus, there are a lot of ex-EDFers in here - it's like a therapy session.
Going pretty good Res, new office is just about breaking even, my buddy who had a heart attack is doing ok, and the last kid (and I mean that, last kid) just turned 1. I might be returning this fall, depends on how things go. Saddly its been so long even Dark Matter would be able to give me PvP tips. Speaking of DM this thread won't be complete until he posts.

Any corp with any memberbase that cares about success will carryout such operations to ensure victory - whatever facet of eve that may be. Fail morale blogs. As a good CEO you have to offer false hope and empty promises to your people while still maintaining "status quo". Have a fleet op or two in a month and have your self in killmails now and then and they think your doing your part while doing EXTREME busy CEO stuff.
Oh and remember to stealth raise taxes when you see people are doing missions. Once corp wallet starts to fatten up, take your cut.
This is how all good corps work in EVE. Seems like EVE Defence Force or whatever does same. Props for McCreedy!
