OK, what sweatysack has stated about siding against RKK is NOT the case and is yet to be decided and discussed by the entire council. Until this time FU will stay neutral with RKK and PA war until we can gather intel and decide whether we will stay neutral or take sides. This matter stands for RKK only, any other force(s) that attacks a NAST corp or alliance will be a target. Your response though Galavet is much respected and appreciated.

Galvet the incidents that you mentioned were misunderstandings and/or differing points of views and was worked out, diplomatically.
What RKK did today was outright wrong and underhanded. Period.
With malicious intent, you used your +10 status with the PA to ambush it's members, knowing RKK would still be view as +10 (friends) by the members of PA.

AS stated by Jack I am another high council of the FU and yes we are at a neutral state as we have told the PA as we are allied with both and it is under investigation and if the treaty was broke then we will give a just answer to who we will side with. RKK AND FU ARE NUETRAL AS ALL OF FU HAVE BEEN TOLD NOT TO FIRE ON ANY ALLIED SHIPS WHICH RKK ARE.

Gripe about hard feelings for not recieving a proper war declaration is misplaced as from what I can tell this is what it came down to after Reikoku just couldn't stomach the slap on the wrist that pirating PA corporation got but wanted satisfaction.
It'll be interest to follow from way over here.

Okay the official Jericho Fraction position on the RKK vs PA war.
Earlier this evening Jericho Fraction became aware of military engagement between our firm allies in Reikoku corporation and the fighters of the Venal Phoenix Alliance.
In answer to our questions on the why? We were told that CDI corporation (PA) had broken the terms of the ceasefire previously announced by Halseth Durn (the outgoing PA representative) by openly travelling to Tribute region and directly flaunting the order to cease and desist such transit made by the PA council.
PA statement on CDI sanction
In reaction to this and failing to receive any satisfactory response on the issue of the ceasefire breach, Reikoku corporation had declared a resumption of the previously extent declaration of war and open hostility.

Within Jericho Fraction the opinion is quite plain that CDI have breached the ceasefire terms and in our own pilot eye-witness accounts, as well as negotiations with PA directly admitting this breach, we are convinced that PA must now eject CDI for wilfully breaking the terms they signed up with to end the previous state of conflict.

However, Jericho Fraction is not a knee-jerk outfit of reactionary gun-jumpers and we have pledged a 24 hour pause for negotiation before committing our support the correct and just cause in this matter. (the 24 hour period officially began at 20:00 eve time and will conclude at 20:00 tomorrow).

Until then we have commanded our pilots not to initiate hostilities with PA corporations and forces in the area or otherwise seek confrontation with such.

We call on the Phoenix Alliance to do what was promised two weeks ago and control your rogue corporations. Here on these forums Halseth Durn made pledges in the name of the Pheonix Alliance corporations that certain kinds of actions and activities would not be accepted from CDI corporation.
Well this pledge has has been forsworn in action and the time has come for Pheonix Alliance to take action to clean its household or admit that it has absolutely no intention of doing so.
I understand the frustration and anger of Reikoku corporation that the ex Forsaken Empire pilot "Havorcide" was given a ship and sent in CDI colours to taunt them in Tribute in direct contravention of the sworn ceasefire.
This represents perfect justification for the war they now fight.
But JF wishes one last effort to resolve this without a wholesale slaughter in the north.
For the interests of everyone in these regions:
Robeyone and Ronacorp.
Please do what you promised to do.
Eject CDI or leave the Pheonix Alliance yourselves to set an example to your wayward comrades.
As honourable men these are your only options.

Celestial Apocalypse's stance on the PA vs. RKK matter
Unfortunately at this current time of turmoil in the north Celes' leadership has taken a back burner (Shadowthrone is on holiday for the weekend and Darth Solo has decided to play for a while part time), so at the current time Celestial Apocalypse shall remain neutral from all corps listed whether PA, c0d, FU, JF or RKK.

This is just great how you RKK are starting a war with PA without any real reason - siding with EVOLUTION <- and please do not write here now it is not true.... Not to mention Jericho which is just taking an oportunity to attack us while we are at war.
All you great, honourable warriors, great forum writers about honor, anti-pirate stuff and beeing so highly motivated about keeping peace just acted like a bunch of pirates.
