"Pirate" is the most overused word in this game. H3ll, I don't think even ca would call us "pirates". Their are a lot of things you can call evolution, pirates simply doesn't apply.
Pirates COULD apply to someone camping a gate, and attacking someone that is simply passing thru what is precieved to be friendly space. Kinda like when PA attacked US for no reason.
And.... yes, you are the n00b.

In some ways, I don't know why anyone bothers maintaining the rhetoric. All these corps have a history, and that is what dictates their actions. But, despite the inevitability of this situation, as ever the rhetoric shall be maintained because our pretenses are our most necessary illusions. I wish that it hadn't turned out this way, but we are all pawns in this game. Honor is the only commodity one can't buy. Let's not cast that by the wayside.

Reassor,
Please take the advice of your elders and betters and end the pointless smack talk. The issue here has been clearly laid out so simply that only an idiot couldn't see it:
1. CDI committed acts of aggression and piracy against allies and neutrals in the Tribute region. This has been admitted by the PA leadership.
2. As a result of these acts RKK corporation declared war on the PA several weeks ago.
3. In reaction to that declaration PA (under CDI direction) attacked the Fade Union.
4. Conflict was averted and full compensation paid by the PA and CDI to Fade and RKK while CDI was bound by public oath to behave itself. The evidence of this pledge is on this forum and linked from my earlier post.
5. CDI broke the ceasefire terms.
6. Complaint was raised which was ignored.
7. War has been declared again.
These are facts Reassor. Deal with them or leave the talking to people who can.
Now I personally want to see Rona corporation keep the pledge that was made to me in direct voice communications not two weeks ago, that if CDI broke the ceasefire terms just agreed then either they would be booted from the PA for good or Rona corporation would itself leave as a gesture of condemnation on the behaviour of its PA allies.
This was a simple promise made to me and I want to see it kept.
Otherwise I will know for sure that I am dealing with men of no honour.

So Jericho Fraction, RKK and Evolution are going to war with the PA because a couple CDI pilots where spotted traveling through Vale?

The moral tone of the PA is not dictated by the employment history or past actions of any one player. The fact that soem people choose to use that as a convenient excuse to try and settle scores does not change anything.
By the same token the JF can be equated to orators who do nothing but talk. I can also bet my bottom dollar that both RKK and JF have members with not too reputable histories. Do not try to judge us when you are not worthy to be the judge.

I've SEEN, with my own eyes, a CDI pilot in Tribute. Given the PA's laughable inability to keep their word I'm surprised this war has taken this long. You've been a knife at our back for months, and now you're surprised when we turned round and stabbed YOU.

Very well if that one CDI pilot you saw in tribute bugged you so much then war it is. As for the knife in your back, we are the PA, you are getting us confused with the NVA.
If you are indeed talking of some such knife in your back after the formation of the PA then please enlighten me. And when I say enlighten, I dont mean incidents where we have apologised and compensated for any mistakes we may have made.
