Seems as of this morning those of CA talking big on forums have tried and failed miserably to acquire access to the conflict lines between RKK and PA, in space via the so called 'Unicor' region. Such attempts to intervene have been completely shut down by 'Unicor' forces and thus made any CA attempts to intervene, useless.
(OMG I feel the flames coming..warp drive activated)

For RKK backstabbing trustest friends. Sadly enough you already lost this status a long time ago. For more infos about that please contact the CEOs of the involved partys, thy may give you infos about the numbers of RKK ships destroyed by PA that werent refunded (including my Scorp getting ganked from CE during the joined RSA campaign by CE. And this was no mistake, CE was aware i was RKK)

Well, I guess to add fuel to the fire. The custodians of the D7-ZRC station in tribute(Battlestars|PA) began to charge for refines which is against the NAST agreements as well.
Revol was ordered to take the station as of last night. The refine charges are set back to 0%.
I am beginning to see a pattern of lawlessness up in PA and its very apparent to me that they cannot control their own members whatsoever, and when they repeatedly screw up, no action is taken.

Let me explain one thing, nothing has changed with station policy. Everyone that isn't hostile to NAST is welcome to dock here, including the Battlestars. If you cannot dock, please let us know, and we'll get it fixed. The station is under NAST rules, and that will not change.

Aerick Dawn is telling the truth. Battlestars had broken NAST rules on the governance of that station. I saw a chatlog affirming that was the case. If a PA corp cannot keep NAST rules it makes absolute sense that FU should be trusted to do it.
