I have a Basic Perc implant that i would like to sell, but am having trouble knowing how much it is worth - i have been given values by various people ranging between 10 and 22 million
Can anyone who has actually bought or sold one let me know how much they paid/got

Go to Yulai and look a the history for that type of implant, and the current prices people are asking and offering, should give you some idea.

it sometimes happens that agent-related things are changed without informing the players (sometimes its not supposed to change much, but then there is a bug, etc. ...), anyway, the effect is that implant prices indeed vary by big amounts, the last bug especially affected perception implants, so, although I am usually well-informed about implant prices, I can't tell you anything about perception except that the price can change by a big amount from one day to another.

If you're ever unsure about the price of something (like a named item or an implant), just go to the trade channel and ask for a price check. Chances are that people usually know what the specific item goes for. Be sure to get a confirmation on it though :)

I hear they go for about 100 ISK, but tell you what - since you're new and all - I'll take it off you for 150 ISK.

Implant prices went up a few weeks ago... they're coming back down, but slowly. Check the history and other sell orders, and price yours competetively.
