But, you have to keep in mind, that's nearly 35 in drone years. Or was that dog years... wait, er, um, what was I talking about? Nevermind.

Though, if you are referring to the pets that don't do anything and are only for looks, like the collectable pets in WOW / Maple Story, then no. There are different kinds of drones. In WOW, Warlock and Hunter pets have special abilities... I'd say that is functionally similar to ECM (IE Felhunter's counter spell) drones. There are drones that do heavy damage, similar to the scepters in EQ. I also believe a lot of players of every MMO have a closed mined biased view of the game they like. Most usually donÆt like being compared to a game that they think is inferior. I only state this in hopes that it may open the minds and opinions of others.
