BOB leaders have a modul u instal on titan class ship,and activating it u cose lag in 60 sistems around.It is caled lageston device modul t2.Seem that moduls cosums small quantitis of energi,and u can set it to auto activet whan any bob ship is destroyed in region.
Ppl did write peticions all ready to nerf this modul,but CCP did set their ayes on spead stuff,and so for the moment BOB is using this advantig modul.
